First time going to karns as I live kind of far from the store but I had an issue with some meat I had purchased and the pm shift manager ( so sorry I forgot your name) went above and beyond to make the issue right. Great customer service. For that alone I will start making the drive. Thank you for your help!

Hershey store still has a horrible odor, but things have gotten better. Would really like to see them carry more dairy free and gluten free items. Some of us have diet restrictions and would shop there more often if they did. According to frozen food and dairy food manager, he will never carry those items because it's ridiculous to say you can't eat dairy. Well...I hope some day he suffers with that issue the way some of us do. I'll continue shopping at Wegmans and Weis until Karns gets with it.

The wife and I are alone on Christmas Day. I decided to have a nice meal for just the two of us. I picked up 2- on sale 8 dollar New York strip steaks. Pan fried them with a couple of baked potatoes and some peas. Better steaks than I’ve had from a steakhouse restaurant in a couple of years. Excellent value good flavor tender steaks. I’ll be doing this again soon.

Nice grocery store with a small-town feel. Excellent produce, especially their wide selection of apple varieties that you can't find elsewhere. Reasonably priced too. The staff at the meat counter is friendly and helpful. The self checkout experience has improved markedly over the years.

Just bought two choice whole boneless New York Strips. that were 3/4 fat each . Karns took both back and gave me two more that were great. 100% love this place. Thanks for the great customer service
