Oola Bowls - Kissing Tower Hill

Went here on 6/20, it was my first time ever having an açaí bowl and I was very impressed with everything! The workers were very helpful, as I didn’t know very much about the menu. I got in line at about 1, and the line moved pretty fast. The girls making the bowls did a very good job, as they got my bowl out just shortly after I ordered, and they were very polite. I was very impressed on how they managed this as many people were in line, and I have worked in food service before and know how stressful stuff like this can be. Will be coming back!!

I received an incorrect order at the Fruitville Pike store - I paid extra for an item that was not included in the bowl I ordered - BUT EVEN WORSE, the bowl I was given had peanut butter in it, which I could’ve been allergic to!! I’ve been attempting to contact the store and have received no response. I was a huge oola fan, but I’m not impressed at all by their customer service - lack of response and lack of concern. Very unprofessional!! I will not be back and I will be telling everybody about what happened!!!!

The taste of these bowls are good, especially on a hot day because it's nice and refreshing. The only problem is that it is very pricey and not on the meal plan. So you will be paying a lot of money for a little bowl. I would only recommend before or after the meal plans are

Love this place and their delicious bowls! My daughter bought me a couple of gift cards here because she knows how much we enjoy eating here!!

I never been to the the one on the board walk but I have been to another one and I can say there bowls are very good. The only thing I would say is that it is a little pricey, and you can find some bowls at Wegmans wich are the same. But the company at Wegmans calls the ika bowls. But they taste the same as the oola bowls. But othe wise they are delicious.😋

I’ve been an oola bowl addict for years so when they came to fairgrounds market I was so excited to have them closer to me. Yesterday I was at the market so of course I stopped for a bowl for my husband and I. Their system was down and they said “this is on us.” I watched them tell other customers this as I waited. We all had intentions of paying, cards out and all and to be surprised by a “it’s on us” statement made it feel like a hidden camera experience! This just proves how much they value their customers. I can’t say enough how great their bowls are!! In the years visiting them in Lancaster, I have never ever had a bad bowl or bad experience. Yesterday was just icing on the cake! Thank you for providing delicious bowls and even better service!!

I was so shocked to this at an amusement park. I’m vegan & was dehydrated at the park. I can’t remember y’all names. But thank you for recommending peanut butter! Thank you:)

Grabbed my first ever bowl from Oola last night at the Fairgrounds Farmer’s Market. Staff was amazing and the bowl is delish! Can’t wait to visit again next week ?
