Frozen fries instead of fresh-cut fries. I got the Buffalo Chicken Mac and Cheese Loaded Fry bucket, which runs about $11.50 with the Hersheypark Season Pass discount. The toppings weren't bad but the fries were inedible by the time I got about half-way. They were so hard and dried out, I could not pierce them with the plastic fork.Ended up throwing it away and counting it as a loss. I'd likely pay more if the product was better, or if it was fresh-cut fries. Service was fine for an amusement park stall.

Delicious fresh cut fries
PERFECTLY COOKED FRIES. The toppings are the right amount, i had the Disco Fry Bucket. Perfect fry to toppings ratio, not super greasy.
