Service is slow and missing items alot of the times

Oh man! I don't know what happened lately to this BK, but you need to go! Whoever handed me my food a few moments ago made me check my GPS. I thought I was down south. GREAT customer service!!! Drive thru order btw. Food mmmmm fat boy approved. Bacon double cheeseburger w/ onions and fries. HOT AND FRESH! THANK YOUUUU Just made my Friday.

The staff are friendly. But, my food has been consistently sub-par. Missing or incorrect items. Food that feels and tastes like it was cooked hours ago. The drive thru is long and the flame broiler is smoking! You would think tje food would be hit and fresh... good luck!

Sadly, if you have a problem with the app or with the purchase of items to complete a challenge and their app doesn't work, they're customer service is surely lacking. It's happened to me three times this past year and every time I contact their customer service, there's all kinds of the runaround and they don't pay attention. You explain the situation repeatedly via text message. Mind you or emailed that. You never speak to a live person and they always give you the same sad story. They can't help you. What's the point of having a customer service system that doesn't work? They don't help. My solution is to go to the competition. McDonald's, Arby's, Wendy's, KFC, churches, Popeyes there are so many other options. I don't have to stay loyal to a brand who's not loyal to me. So see ya Burger King, bye!
