I recently had a disappointing experience at Burger King. I ordered through the app for dine-in, but the service was far from satisfactory. The wait time was excessively long, and when my order finally arrived, the patty was undercooked. To make matters worse, everything was packed for takeout, even though I had clearly ordered for dine-in. The employees seemed inattentive and didn’t pay attention to the details of my order. And the worst part was that they denied refilling my soda, saying “we don’t do that anymore”! I’ve visited hundreds of places and never had this answer before. Worst Burger King location. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I hope they improve their service and attention to customer orders in the future.

My husband got home and they didn't give me my chicken sandwich. It's not that hard to double check an order. It is very inconvenient to have to drive all the way back for something that should have been in the bag. Take some pride in your job
