Glenolden Burger King always pulls through with the most delicious burgers along with always offering the highest level of service. They hit all of the notes and make sure you’re okay in the process and even ask for sauces as well!
the manager, Debbie, is quite terrible. I waited in line for 20 minutes for my mobile order. When I got to the front, I tried to gesture to the cashier, but he ignored me and told me to wait. He opened the window and handed me my food, and I asked him to add on a drink. He refused, and said no ad-ons, and that I could wait the 20+ minutes in line for a small soda. His manager, Debbie, then insisted that mobile orders especially dont seem to deserve ad-ons?? I ordered at 10 and got my food at almost 10:30, sorry I got thirsty in line??
She yelled at me and was generally awful. So honestly, take your family across the street to mcdonalds. They give you free sauce and dont make you wait 30 minutes in line before refusing to get you a drink.

Maurice was absolutely amazing. He said the full pitch for Bugerking and asked how we was doing before taking our order. He offered meals deals and coupons they had going on, and in the end gave everyone a hat and called us queens lol over all great customer service very positive and energetic! Thank you Maurice!
