“I made reservations for Harry Potter High Tea in April. They promoted it until mid summer. Had reservation for today June 21st for special Birthday. Ridley House took down all Harry Potter stuff, the restaurant was empty. We were seated in baron area with only one other table. The table tops were really beat up as was a lot of fixtures. High Tea was promoted with 3 tiers of food but what my SIL got was so sparse and a joke for $35. Over priced, underwhelming decor and just horrible! We will not be back! Stingers here we come!!”

“I always have a great experience at Roma Deli the moment you walk in, you can tell this is a place that cares about quality. It is stocked with fresh cold cuts, cheeses, and prepared foods, and the staff is really friendly. Prices are fair for the quality you're getting, and the service is great. Highly recommend Roma Deli if you're in the Holmes area and want a great sandwich or quality deli items!”

“I want to leave a great review for this store. Every time I visit, I notice how clean and well-maintained everything is. The customer service is excellent, and I understand that when they are very busy it can be challenging to attend to everyone right away.
I really appreciate how the team acknowledges customers, greets them, and lets them know they will be helped shortly. That shows great communication and respect for the customers. The lobby and bathrooms are always very clean, the food is fresh and hot, and they are always willing to make fresh chicken if you don’t mind waiting.
My recommendation is to call ahead if you are in a hurry and want to avoid waiting for fresh food. Overall, this location does a great job keeping a clean environment and providing good service.”

“Great bar. Cold beer, great food, better service. The manager (Justin has red combover) was extremely nice and helpful. Owner made sure to talk to all other guests as well, highly recommend!”

“It's a nice family diner quality experience. I had pizza and cheese fries and I base a pizzeria on their fries and this place passes with flying colors because they both were delicious. The place is spacious and the booths were well kept. Very nice hidden gem and I mean that in the best way possible.”

“I love this place. Have been coming here for years. Since my kids were little.
So, probably 10+ The staff is always super friendly and accommodating. The fish in the fish tank in the front are always friendly too and they will let you take their picture. Food comes out quick and is always good. Me and my family usually eat in, but we did take out during the pandemic and when my son doesnt want to sit for dinner, but still wants his general Tso's. Overall great experience.”

“I felt horrible and maybe should have called, but I showed up to get a number of breakfast sandwiches for my work cause our power was out and I needed 40 some sandwiches and hash browns. this morning staff and mgr were incredibly nice and so helpful. I apologize of the shock but you're all so great doing all you did. Thank you so much!!”

“atmosphere, service, food-all incredible. Heck I ate here when I was visiting Philly and the meal was so inspiring I moved here. None of this fake trained service, no obnoxiously complicated explanations of the chef or the food, just genuinely kind people serving genuinely good food that doesn’t hide behind any smoke and mirrors. If you haven’t had an amazing time here it’s probably cause you’re not much fun to begin with. Get here, order one of everything, enjoy it, you’ll fall in love.”

“Worth the wait. This was our last Philly Michelin m-starred restaurant to try. It’s the absolute best. The food was extraordinary and I’m already dreaming of my next meal there. My particular favorites included the buckwheat tart with morels and both pasta courses (one was an add on). Sadly I will now never feel satiated unless I’m eating Chef Schulman’s triangoli. A beautiful and intimate space with incredible care by the entire staff. Amanda Schulman was incredibly welcoming and engaged with the diners. Wine pairing was outstanding as was my Negroni made with Bruto Americano. The marzipan rhubarb cake was the stuff dreams are made of. So, so, so happy after this meal. Did I mention? Attentive and wonderful, wonderful staff. Thank you for an amazing evening!”

“The Love. was simply incredible! We came here with our 6 year old son. Our waiter was fabulous and very accommodating to our 6 year old which you don’t always find in Rittenhouse. The atmosphere was light and airy and the food was great! Make sure to try their Dubai Chocolate Sundae and if you’re going with children they do have special kids cups and will accommodate the menu for them.”

“Love the vibes here sooo much. Came here for the first time with my friend. He actually discovered this place and was intrigued when we came here. The wait time was 45 mins but it was okay because it’s intimate and peaceful and holds 45 ppl when is low key and mystique Shaan was my bartender and was super amazing and loving. Attentive although rot was pack but made us feel welcome and happy. Rito was the bartender and his drink was amazing short exotic and delicious. Nicole was the hostess the mostest. Love this place and appreciate the hospitality and great vibes from the workers and customers.”

“This place was amazing. The drinks were cheap. But more importantly the staff was great the bouncer was so cool and kind. The guy in charge of making sure nobody cut in the bathroom line was on point (I hate when people cut in line) the bartenders were so quick with the refills. Music was fast and upbeat jazz. I will 100% be back if I ever come.

P.s. met a cool guy named John (very tall, Curly hair) if anyone sees him tell him thanks for being so friendly.”

“I had snapper soup there. It was an 11 out of a possible 10. My wife had New England clam chowder it is (her score system) a 10 out of 10. Best ever. Unfortunately, they do not currently have snapper soup. Missing the old Bookbinder too. Signed, Old Philadelphia natives.”

“We had a good, not great meal here. For the price (which was considerable) we were definitely expecting a bit more. The cocktails were great and the service great, the food was a bit underwhelming. We went with the tasting menu instead of a la carte and found the dishes good, but not anything particularly special. They were very accommodating with an allergy which was very nice. I'd like to try the bar menu but probably don't need another dining room experience.”
