“We've been here several times since it opened, and have experienced good service and food each time. Several of the dishes have been on the menu each time, but some have been tweaked with different ingredients, making them a little different (even though the original was already worth trying again). The "Brown Butter" dessert, the name of which sounded rather unappetizing on our first visit, turned out to be one of the highlights. Definitely try it. Prices are also reasonable, for a more upscale establishment.Kid-friendliness: It's a quiet, intimate environment. Go for a date night and leave the kids with a sitter.”

“I would give 6 stars if I could!!! Such a great addition to Havertown! The food is delicious, love the vibe and the service is amazing!!! The pineapple express wings were AMAZING! I saw some instagram stories saying to get them and our server Marissa (who was the sweetest by the way) sealed the deal by saying awesome they were- she was right!!! I am not a huge wing person and could have eaten 20 of them! The guac is so good and fresh; served with warm chips. My husband and I both got fajitas- shrimp and steak, soooo good! Also the cucumber marg was great, strong (not mad about that) and delicious! Adding this in because my husband is a huge sports guy- the Phillies ended and within minutes they put on March Madness games- no awkward gap where you're watching infomercials for hours (it is his pet peeve haha). So happy that Al Pastor is in town! Can't wait to return!”

I talked to the barista about his job and I could tell he really takes pride in his work. I got a perfect Americano. They roast in-house. This is the micro brewery of cafe's. “I'm not sure I could really formulate a sentence that would properly convey how truly good, tasty, and awesome! their food is. The breakfast sandwiches, the croissants, just all of it. All I can say is no matter your distance, it's worth the trip for this place. I am ~35 mins away and I will go the distance. I also lucked out to have some work projects in Philly and MUST always make the detour to here.”

“Tried this place out for the first time last night, first when you walk in, the atmosphere is very inviting, all the staff is super friendly and you can see by how they work, they put the same amount of attention in all the food they put out. Had their large plain square pizza and it was delicious, the crust was crispy but also soft and chewy on the inside and had great flavor, the sauce tasted amazingly fresh. Also had their hand breaded wings, and they were amazing as well, nice and crispy on the outside, but not over cooked on the inside, I feel like some places either have wings super crispy on the outside, but the inside is dry, or the outside is soggy but the inside is fine. Johnny's has hit that sweet spot in regards to the texture of their wings. Seriously consider checking out the gem of a place.”

“I saw this place on social media so wanted to check it out. You have an amazing idea here. I thought the Z thing was only for the menu but they have their employees substituting Z’s for everything. It’s funny, it’s an experience. Great customer service IMO.Y’all need to update your address or business page on google maps, this location shows one place. I saw another location on your website, this review is for the truck at 3400 Fox St. I’m not even sure what this business page address is for. Maybe this is an old location?Onto the chicken cheesesteak. I got one with fried chicken tenders inside, lettuce, and I think they put some kind of hot sauce as well. The bread this comes on is incredible. If you want anything HEALTHY, DO NOT come here, I’m reading that it’s deep fried bread. Whatever they do to it, I could’ve ate it alone. The fried chicken inside is seasoned well. It’s kinda too much and falls apart as a result but who cares, eat some first with a fork then eat the rest. I got fries here but they were just okay. I want to come back and try something else.”

“Visited for lunch on a sunny Sunday. Solid wine and beer list and fantastic food! The only downside was that there is limited seating and we were near the windows. The sun was streaming in and there was no window shade. Not only were we warm, we ate the whole meal with the sun in our eyes! I’m hoping they fix this issue bc it’s an easy fix and the food was truly delicious”

“Srinagar has the best samosa chaat in the area. Their takeout packaging is careful and food is kept in a double layered thick brown bag so you don't have to worry about a spill. And if you're lucky, you might just find a surprise complementary dessert in it.”

It’s well decorated—interior design is thoughtful and tasteful, not tacky.It shares parking in the back with several other small establishments. Today it’s pouring outside, so it’s extra quiet. Yet I can imagine parking may be challenging on a sunny day.Food-wise, I think their sushi rolls are better than their ramen—I’m just not into their noodle’s texture. Their sushi rolls are of decent size and quality in their respective price category.Service is friendly. My only reservation today is: The restaurant is noticeably cold, as if they didn’t turn on the heat.”

“I recently worked as a photographer at this bar/restaurant space that was being used for a wedding. There is a small space in the back thats great for pictures and small parties. They also have a bar upstairs and ample parking across the street. The appetizers were delicious and creative. Its a nice venue to hold a small event or to have drinks/dinner.”

“Oh my goodness… Chef Reeky is a magician!! We’re SO lucky we found this restaurant after taking a tour at Swarthmore College (just a 5 min drive away). Everything we ordered was amazing, and we spent most of the meal feeling like there was no way our food was entirely plant-based… but it was! Order the nachos to share, and I recommend anything that has the marinara sauce on it… it’s 4 hours later and I’m still thinking about that sauce…. The “chicken” parm sandwich with spinach was unreal! Service was excellent, too… what a treat!”
