My favorite speakeasy ever! Billy is an excellent mixologist and my man working the door was outstanding. This is the one to visit in Philadelphia!
Absolutely loved The Ranstead Room! The atmosphere is intimate and perfect for a special occasion. Bartenders really know their stuff. Will definitely be coming back for more drinks.
Hidden gem in Old City! The cocktails were expertly crafted and the 1920s vibe is spot on. Service was friendly though it got a bit crowded on Saturday night. Great spot for a pre-dinner drink.

The bartender's energy, especially from Nico, helps create a lively and inviting vibe. While the loud music can sometimes be a bit odd—such as Latin-ish vibes—it doesn't take away from the overall experience. The drinks are a highlight, with standout choices like the Old Fashion #2 and Margarita #2. The space is also suitable for enjoying interesting drinks chosen by the bartender's recommendation. Many find this spot their go-to for excellent drinks and a great time, and while the snacking food looked solid, the drinks remain the main attraction. El Rey, located next door, is a good option while waiting.
