The Ranstead Room Reviews
An amazing little place!! It's alot darker inside then the pictures let on but honestly I really liked that about the place. You gotta make sure you get there early. We did and we're able to be seated within 10 mins. The staff are very nice and the drinks are great! I had gotten a bartenders choise. They asked me preferences and made me something called a deep blue sea, it was really good. I very highly recommend this place its super cool!!!

The Ranstead Room offers a cozy atmosphere with an enchanting ambiance and exquisite drinks. It has a speakeasy feel with good decor, making it a great place for chatting with friends or enjoying a date night. The small space features about 15 tables plus bar seating and does not take reservations, so arriving early increases the chances of getting a table. Recent visitors noted that arriving late could mean waiting over two hours. The staff are friendly and accommodating, even on busy nights. The bartender's energy, especially from Nico, helps create a lively and inviting vibe. While the loud music can sometimes be a bit odd—such as Latin-ish vibes—it doesn't take away from the overall experience. The drinks are a highlight, with standout choices like the Old Fashion #2 and Margarita #2. The space is also suitable for enjoying interesting drinks chosen by the bartender's recommendation. Many find this spot their go-to for excellent drinks and a great time, and while the snacking food looked solid, the drinks remain the main attraction. El Rey, located next door, is a good option while waiting.
