The cashier seemed disinterested in the customers and my Whopper bun was cold. They're very slow (move like turtles. Too preoccupied with talking/joking with each other (even talking on their phones). ??♀️

My God, this is the slowest serviced BK I’ve ever been to. most of the time the order is wrong but you’ve been waiting so long by this point that you opt to take what they give you rather than deal with more incompetence

Sunday, December 17, 2023, my husband decided he wanted Burger King for lunch. No problem. I placed the order on the mobile app, large fries, Bacon Double Cheeseburger, Cheesy Tots and 2 Cheeseburgers (extra pickles, ketchup and mustard). When he got home we realized that the Bacon Double Cheeseburger was missing.I filled out the survey indicating the missing burger and did receive a phone call the next day, from "Greg with the company that owns that Burger King". He said he didn't see a day or date and asked me to text him a copy of the receipt, which I did. Here is a transcript of our texting.Greg: "Thanks, will be in touch." Next day I received this text from Greg.Greg: "We have no record of an additional sandwiches (sp) being left at the store but I will replace this during your next visit. Please call me before you are heading over. Sorry for the inconvenience."Me: "That's a lot of trouble for a sandwich. I'm not going to remember to do that. Can you just credit my account for the sandwich?"Greg: "We don't have access to do that, it's managed by a 3rd party."Me: "And you can't contact the 3rd party? Ok, I just won't order from Burger King again. Thanks. I will post my review, with your comments, on Yelp."Greg: "Please see above."Me: "See what? You as an owner, or your General Manager, can't do anything. Yet if I plan my next order and call you, you can call the store? How does that work with a mobile order? Just forget it, I've returned a TV and had less problems than this $3 sandwich."Greg: "Correct, the app does not allow us to 'add' items."And that is the end of our texting. Usually I would just chalk this up to "oh well", but seeing as I've texted with Greg more than I text with my best friend and Greg has drawn a line in the sand, I feel the need to let others know of my experience. Now this Burger King on MacDade Boulevard in Folsom, has, and I am not exaggerating 3 fast food places within a block of it - Sonic, McDonalds and Chipolte. There is also a Wendy's, Taco Bell, Wawa and a pizza place a few blocks down the road.
