Chipotle Mexican Grill

I wish I read the reviews before ordering from this location. I placed an online order and went inside to pick it up and the employee I spoke with was unfriendly and rude. When I got home and opened my bowl, it was literally half empty. I’ve order from Chipotle plenty of times and I’ve never had such a crazy portion like this, it’s just ridiculous. Needless to say I won’t be going back there.

Terrible customer service I’ve been there a few times and every time it was a complete joke. The one at the register was very rude. Very disrespectful very impatient. I almost felt like I was being rushed. I asked to speak to the manager, and when she came over, she had a very nasty attitude. It was horrible. I just wanted to say I’ve been coming to this location for a while now. But it seems to be getting worse. The food, the customer service, the portions of the meal. Also, why are the chip always so stale and wet. Literally.

9/3/25 watched the workers eat the chips with bare hands, while in front of customers then proceed to ask does anyone want any after their hands had been thru it, this is crazy and unsanitary 11:20. They had me standing there while they laughed, played and ate this is why kids shouldn’t be hired. very rude very unprofessional and embarrassing to look at.

If I could put 0 Stars I would I order from here and got honey chicken and I waited for them to put out the new honey chicken. I was unaware that it was very spicy I even looked on the menu to make sure it didn’t have a flame next to it and it didn’t. I also looked online to make sure that this location had it and there was no indication that the honey chicken was spicy. So I went back and ask the guy how serviced me if he could change it to regular chicken which was a dollar less then honey chicken. He said he had to ask his manger and the girl had a bad attitude from the start and said I could get it replaced so then I ask to speak to her. I told her could I just get a refund cause I can’t eat it. It was way too spicy like abnormal spicy. She said that it wasn’t her problem that I didn’t know it was spicy and said I should have known cause it said honey chipotle chicken. Even tho chipotle doesn’t necessarily mean spicy. I then ask how is it my fault when there was no indication that it was spicy on the menu and online. She then told me she couldn’t give me a refund cause it was my fault. She had a bad attitude and was very rude from the start and I was very nice the whole time. I used to work there back in 2024 October and the boss there sucks and will take ur tips. DO NOT GO HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY

Ordered uber eats, they were missing the drinks (2) and they mixed corn and flour tortillas and they are also cracked. How can I put together a taco with this?? How is this place still doing business? Shame on Uber eats as well for not providing a refund on this order.

They offer a good serving size for the money. I've only been to Chipotle twice in my life and both times at this location but so far the experience has been fantastic. I love the bowls!

ORDERED A BURRITO BOWL AND THEY PURPOSELY PUT LONG HAIRS DIRE TLY ON THE TOP OF IT. CALLING CORPORATE BECAUSE THIS LOCATION IS ALWAYS DISGUSTING AND THE EMPLOYEES MESS WITH YOUR FOOD

Food is always spot on. Available time give or take a few minutes. And the server is always friendly.

Portions were way too small, and I’m not a complainer but I felt I had to say something. Also the service was at a snails pace for some reason in there. No one was friendly, and overall just a bad experience. One of the employees was being incredibly rude to a calm and collected father trying to order for his small (5-7 year old) daughter. Will not be back to this location
