I've been eating chipotle for a long time
Its like almost every other day
I know inside and out about the charges proportions of the food behind it

I went to this place (accidently) as it was close to my location
Ordered chicken burrito bowl (extra protein)
I knew its $4.20 extra for protein but u can get other items like rice beans and cheese a little extra according to your requirement WITH NO EXTRA COST

When they bought my food to the counter
$15 burrito was charged $24
As they charged me for extra rice cheese and beans .
I explained to them that you can't charge extra for rice and beans
They said yes we can
If you issue do whatever u want

Idk if thats the person
Or
The whole staff is crazy

Upset with my experience at this chipotle, don’t waste you me time and just go to the springfield one!! I wanted to give this place a chance despite the other reviews, First when I walked in the staff all gave me an annoyed look As if they upset that a customer walked into a store!! Especially the one employee i believe her name is Sianni (that was the name on my receipt) she rolled her eyes and rushed my when i was trying to pay for my bowls she even said “can you hurry up” as she stood there with her arms crossed and looking agitating. I didn’t come off any type of way so I was already confused why was I getting treated like this?? I felt like me being there upset them and uncomfortable because it was embarrassing enough to be told to “hurry up” especially by an employee when all I am tryna do is get a bowl. SAVE YOURSELF THE EMBARRASSMENT AND THE SITUATION TAKE THAT DRIVE TO ANOTHER CHIPOTLE!!

This chipotle is horrible. They never give you a full scoop of protein so you always have to pay for double. Then today I used my 25 dollar giftcard for one burrito and the lady threw it out. I had to tell her that it still had seven dollars on it and then she got mad at me because I waited for her to reach in the trash to get it, like she was the one to threw it away and she handed me my receipt with the balance on it so she knew it had money left.

While the food here tastes good no matter what like other Chipotles it sadly doesn't have the best employ experience. While the employees are very nice my order is usually wrong 6 times out of 10 even when I go in person to order. Your best chance to get exactly what you ordered is to go in person and make sure the order is right.

I usually enjoy Chipotle for the food, but the customer service at this location is completely unacceptable. The staff consistently act as if customers are bothering them just by walking in. The energy behind the counter is negative — rushed, dismissive, and filled with attitude. You can feel it the moment you start ordering.

The young staff have no sense of professionalism or basic courtesy. No smiles, no greetings, no “thank you.” They throw the food together carelessly and act annoyed if you ask for anything extra or try to clarify your order. It’s honestly uncomfortable and disappointing, especially when you’re spending your hard-earned money.

Management seriously needs to step in and retrain the entire team. A customer shouldn’t feel like an inconvenience. This location could be great if someone held the staff accountable and set higher standards for service. Until then, I’ll be taking my business to another Chipotle — one that actually values its customers.

I went to this location, I asked if they were open. They said yes. Why I went to the line to get a bowl and nobody helped me for 10 mins. They said somebody to the line, and everyone ignored me. I stood there very upset that I couldn’t even get food. Everyone in there was rude. I just left and walked out the door. I will never in my life come here again. If you want chipotle, PLEASE do yourself a favor and just go to another location. You do not want to give your business to this location.

The customer service at 2603 MacDade boulevard Holmes PA 19043 was great. The food was disgusting, The meat was dry as if the chicken was day old and reheated in a microwave. The chips were burnt and salty. I do love Chipotle but I think me and my family is going to give them a break and do Chipotle at home ourselves.

I wish I read the reviews before ordering from this location. I placed an online order and went inside to pick it up and the employee I spoke with was unfriendly and rude. When I got home and opened my bowl, it was literally half empty. I’ve order from Chipotle plenty of times and I’ve never had such a crazy portion like this, it’s just ridiculous. Needless to say I won’t be going back there.
