For the long wait? Messed up burger order, burnt, etc. for 8.50??
First time at Sonic ever. They sat on my order while fooling around. Time is money. Over twenty minutes for fast food fulfillment is ridiculous. I called corporate and they hung up. I called again and endless hold. As a franchise, is not getting the third sauce packet that you paid for, worth working on for the correction? They will remain niche as they are not being held accountable. 1 star.
The worst sonic I been to I waited 15mins for my order and it been was done the young kids are disrespectful scream at me said they was busy I was the only one there

I'm not sure if they are even open at this point. I felt bad giving a two. I waited 5 minutes and just gave up. I hope they get back to their pre-covid standards. They were fantastic then.

Was ignored for a half hour in the Drive-Thru. Horrible experience do not recommend
So like why is there just a chick working there handling the drive thru orders that can't speak English? No joke she whipped out her phone with someone else on the call to translate for her. Luckily I spoke Spanish so it wasn't needed but I wonder how weird and inconvenient it might be for other folks who go here. Very strange

I gave this disgusting place in shitty delco another chance. My mistake food came out cold waited an hour and it was dead.

i’ve ordered from here on doordash twice and both times they never have any slushy that i order the driver always says it’s “ out of stock “ and i never get my money back and this time the fries were horrible they were hard and cold
Today I used the Sonic App to preorder my food. I ordered it around 1745 and the app said it'll be ready by 1755. I get in my car to go pick it up. The order wasn't even made by time I got to the location. I had two employees tell me the app doesn't work for their store. Yet it appeared on the order screen that had almost 100 different orders that they were ignoring. I stood outside waiting an additional 15 minutes. Just for them to scramble around taking other orders. Then they finally made my order. This location seems to be deserted because half of the store is dark and the parking lot had three other vehicles either waiting for their food or already had their food. FYI, it's only two employees working at this location. I got my food at 1830. Someone once told me fool me once shame on you. fool me twice never again.

The food is amazing! I wish I could say the same about the service. I can tell some of the employees are overworked, and I do feel bad. There is one guy who works extremely hard and it shows. I can’t say the same about the rest of the employees.
Today I went to the drive through and was told they’ll be a minute with me. I waited there for 30 minutes before driving off to Burger King instead. Patience is key, but this is just ridiculous.
