I never do reviews, but the food was so bad i need to leave one. The food was just disgusting :/

This is the last time I’m ordering from Sonic. The chicken was completely overcooked—burnt on the outside and dry inside. It’s not just a one-time issue either; every chicken sandwich I’ve ordered has been the same. They need to do better.
On top of that, the packaging was careless. Everything was shoved into one bag, even though I spent enough to expect basic attention. The sandwich was crushed, and it looked like they didn’t even have an extra bag to separate items properly.
The staff clearly didn’t care. I asked for ketchup when I placed the order—it was listed—but there was none in the bag.
This experience was frustrating from start to finish. Sonic really needs to improve both their food quality and customer service.

No one answered us when we sat when we did drive up so we had to move around to drive-through and then they didn't have corn dogs
I hadn't been to this Sonic in a while due to poor service. However, within the last month or so, everytime I go the service is top notch and the food is great. They've must've switched management. No complaints.

Ordered a double bacon cheeseburger. Came home to discover it only had half a slice of bacon on it. This is a bacon cheeseburger worth $13??? Sonic brownie blast was mostly melted when the server brought it out, which meant they made the shake first and it was sitting. The lid wasn't secure and ended up spilling in my car so that was fun.

First time at Sonic ever. They sat on my order while fooling around. Time is money. Over twenty minutes for fast food fulfillment is ridiculous. I called corporate and they hung up. I called again and endless hold. As a franchise, is not getting the third sauce packet that you paid for, worth working on for the correction? They will remain niche as they are not being held accountable. 1 star.
The worst sonic I been to I waited 15mins for my order and it been was done the young kids are disrespectful scream at me said they was busy I was the only one there
Love Sonic but I can’t justify sitting at a stall for over an hour for 2 drinks :/

I'm not sure if they are even open at this point. I felt bad giving a two. I waited 5 minutes and just gave up. I hope they get back to their pre-covid standards. They were fantastic then.

Was ignored for a half hour in the Drive-Thru. Horrible experience do not recommend
So like why is there just a chick working there handling the drive thru orders that can't speak English? No joke she whipped out her phone with someone else on the call to translate for her. Luckily I spoke Spanish so it wasn't needed but I wonder how weird and inconvenient it might be for other folks who go here. Very strange
