I made reservations for Harry Potter High Tea in April. They promoted it until mid summer. Had reservation for today June 21st for special Birthday. Ridley House took down all Harry Potter stuff, the restaurant was empty. We were seated in baron area with only one other table. The table tops were really beat up as was a lot of fixtures. I had dinner reservations for my family of six!! I could not even get the attention of the girl at the front desk to let her know we were there!! When I finally did put my name in I asked if there was a wait to be seated and she could not answer me!! The woman beside me told me her reservations was 5:30!! My reservation was 6:00. Well at 6:30 we walked out and will not be returning!!
