The atmosphere was probably the best part outside of the phenomenal milkshakes of course. But I definitely would not recommend the burgers at all what so ever!!

Great spot to eat. We stop by when we are in the area before heading back home. Service is great. The bartender. I forgot his name. Was very personable and friendly and attentive and made time to talk to me and my fiance about our hometown, Cleveland, in between customers. The food was excellent. We had the wicked wings and chicken chilli. Both were super yummy!!!

First time at Burgatory was a great experience. The waitress was very nice and the food here is amazing. Especially the truffle fries. The only downfall is this place is super expensive. I paid almost $70 for two burger meals, two sodas and an app of fries.
Will never go back to this location! Severs are rude and uneducated on proper conflict resolution. The manager was non existent after multiple issues, but did make sure to deliver the food next to us while staring down our table. 40 minute wait for a burger is WILD.
