Tonight we had dinner at Burgatory in Pittsburgh — and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The moment we walked in, we were struck by the lively and welcoming atmosphere. The industrial-chic decor, dim lighting, and upbeat music created a casual yet energetic vibe that made us feel instantly comfortable.

Kid-friendliness: Politeness of the staff towards children. Everyone working seemed happy.

First time at this Burgatory location. Just a short 15 mins. to be seated. Waitress was good/polite and patient. However the wait time for the food to be brought out to the table was horrible. Our group included 2 hungry children. The burgers were dry and the toppings were very minimal. French fries were cold. Overall .. we did pay the bill $106.95 and tip. However we will not be returning to this Burgatory location. Sorry!!
