Current review: EVERY TIME you brag on something or someone, it will disappoint you! They sent me half a scoop of Mac and cheese through Grubhub. My bag was totally sealed so no the driver did not eat my food.
Previous review: My food has never been cold and none of my items were ever missing which is RARE for fast food.

This chick fil a is AMAZING; 10 minutes ago I spoke to the manager because my order didn’t come out quite as I expected. Her and a female team member (I am blanking on their names) were SO nice and went above and beyond making my order right. Great establishment, and the owners have hired a fantastic staff. Thank you for being so kind and making things right when I got an unexpected order. Thank you!

Service was fast but my order was awful. The kale crunch was soggy & full of stems - yuck. The grilled nuggets were grisly. I've never had such bad food at any chik fil a before. What a drag.

Whilst I was waiting for my To-go order an employee a girl stepped on my foot and acted like it didn’t happen or it doesn’t matter. I had always taken chick-fil -A as a restaurant who are known for their pleasant service.
Best Chick-fil-A in the area! I always order the same thing at all the CFAs, fries with a bunch of salt packets. Usually they just toss the salt packets into the bag. At the Robinson one the salt packets were literally inside the fries and I had to dig them out
Anyway this waterfront location are top notch, I ordered my same funny lil order and they actually put the salt packets into a separate little baggie and put that baggie into the big food bag. You guys don't even know how much I appreciated that! Just wanted to say thank you for being so thoughtful
Sorry for the late review. Back in June, Catering Director Emily went above and beyond to help me out. They catered breakfast for my group on short notice. Thanks, Emily! Food was delicious, and you guys rock! :)
