Chipotle Mexican Grill

I usually don't have a problem with they food but the service was terrible who ever Taylor is had the worst attitude they kept calling her up front to come help she was taking her good old time then she came out with a wig on that was all over the place she definitely needed a hairnet on but they all did and she just had a nasty attitude you can tell she didn't want to be bothered and the chicken and steak wasn't that good was to chewy

This is the best chipotle bowl I have ever had. The costumer service great. Staff was lively. Most importantly, my bowl was FULL. I have never before and likely will never experience this level of satisfaction ever again. Thank you so much Chipotle Waterfront. ❤️

I'm in pittsburgh for a conference and I stopped here after shopping and uh I asked if I could add a tip with my card because I had no cash and they both thanked me, Mariah and Brandon both showed the greatest appreciation although they aren't able to accept tips on a card.
Excellent customer service ,the food was delicious (taste and quality consistent with my dining experience at other locations)
Very busy location and I feel they deserve an excellent review ?

I like Chipotle but this location is bottom of the barrell. It's genuinely absurd how terrible it is while somehow still in operation. If you hate yourself I encourage you to visit. They're always out of core ingredients like cheese, chips, proteins, etc. Your burrito will have all of one ingredient concentrated in one bite while missing another ingredient. Etc. Etc. Consistently low effort and disappointing. Last time I reached out to corporate and they apologized with expired coupons.

Great spot to grab a quick lunch. Food is good. My only complaint is that my rice is sometimes cold and stuck together and it's hard to heat up.

We stopped for a late lunch, entered to look at the menu. There was one person in line in front of us, we stepped to the middle to read the menu, the employee told us to get over by the window, we didn't know what she meant, she again said get over by the window. We said we're looking at the menu, we can't see the menu from the window, she then said she told you to go stand by the side window. I said I can't see the menu, they insisted. We walked out without ordering. Talk about poor customer service, never again!

This place is a dumpster fire. Messy uncleaned tables, they are always out of lots of items, are unapologetic about never having chips and have messed up online orders multiple times (ordered tacos, got a bowl).

Well I gotta order from Oakland for delivery which is ridiculous seeing I live 1.5miles from the store that should offer mobile delivery I'm sick n tired of these places picking and choosing which locations are gonna delivery they need new managers at this location already complete scum dirty place food all over the floors

They're only taking online orders but the place is empty what's the difference from me ordering from my car and standing here and ordering it I can see if they were busy but they're just standing around terrible buisness since they opened here it's always a problem

The Waterfront location is a joke and should be shut down..I ordered thru the app and it said my food was ready..get in, no food..they hadn't even made my order..the lobby was filthy and that's using the word lightly..it's unimaginable to see a customer ask for cleaning supplies to clean a spot just to eat..the view behind the glass was disgusting..service was such a disappointment..I will NEVER eat/order from this location again..to be a company that takes such pride in the food being so fresh, this location does not meet the standards..yall need to revamp or shut it down..when people get sick and lawsuits starts to come yall way, I hope it won't be too late..

First impression - the place looked so dirty. Garbage full to the top & all the tables were covered with food. The most disturbing thing was the service. The employees were so rude. I asked a question about the rice and he was very condescending. I was watching other customers at the counter and they were very rude to an elderly women. I will never be back!!!

A general lack of cleanliness throughout the dining room. Lots of staff behind the counter but only one was serving and ringing up customers. Ordered at the counter and received a decent portion size, but the chips were not fresh.
