Chipotle Mexican Grill

On this day, the only person that I’ve seen, Doing hard work was the African-American girl with the braids. The guy that was ringing up attitude sucks didn’t want to help her. My order was late. They didn’t make my order right don’t come here. Let them close this chipotle down.

It had no flavor, gross

Always dirty and slow, usually missing items from my pickup order and you cant get a refund without going to restaurant and I don't have a car. This system is so dumb. Just let me get a refund for my mexican coke its not that hard

This place is a hit or miss. Most of the time it’s a miss. It’s always filthy and they are always out of something. The trash cans are always overfilled flowing with garbage out of them. Terrible place all around

Even one star is one too many. The service station is filthy, the ‘warm’ food is lukewarm, Way below food safety standards. Garbage all over the place and employee That gives you a dirty look when you ask him to change his gloves after serving many other customers with the same gloves

Update. After asking about my order and waiting 45 minutes I canceled my order, asked for a refund (had to call the 800 number to get it) and went to McDonalds. Standing here waiting for my order. Was supposed to be ready 30 minutes ago. Floor is filthy, tables are filthy, counter is filthy. This will be my last time here and will tell others about my experience.

This is the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. It is painfully slow. It's honestly almost funny for a short period of time. They may get to 1 customer every 8 minutes. If there is any people in front of you, find somewhere else.

Food wasnt good. Everything was over cooked. Store was dirty and bathrooms was even worse. Looked like garbage in the whole restaurant hadnt been enptied in WEEKs. We definitely wont be back to this location

I have been here twice and both times the place was in complete disarray. The staff members move at the most leisurely pace possible even with several folks in line. They also frequently seem to be out of, arguably, integral items. Last time I went they were out of FORKS. This time they didn’t have any salad dressing (which the girl helping me failed to mention when she was assembling my salad???) If Chipotle respected their brand at all they would put this particular location out of its misery and try again in a few years. I wish I had just set my $12 on fire instead.

I usually don't have a problem with they food but the service was terrible who ever Taylor is had the worst attitude they kept calling her up front to come help she was taking her good old time then she came out with a wig on that was all over the place she definitely needed a hairnet on but they all did and she just had a nasty attitude you can tell she didn't want to be bothered and the chicken and steak wasn't that good was to chewy

This is the best chipotle bowl I have ever had. The costumer service great. Staff was lively. Most importantly, my bowl was FULL. I have never before and likely will never experience this level of satisfaction ever again. Thank you so much Chipotle Waterfront. ❤️

I'm in pittsburgh for a conference and I stopped here after shopping and uh I asked if I could add a tip with my card because I had no cash and they both thanked me, Mariah and Brandon both showed the greatest appreciation although they aren't able to accept tips on a card.
Excellent customer service ,the food was delicious (taste and quality consistent with my dining experience at other locations)
Very busy location and I feel they deserve an excellent review ?

I like Chipotle but this location is bottom of the barrell. It's genuinely absurd how terrible it is while somehow still in operation. If you hate yourself I encourage you to visit. They're always out of core ingredients like cheese, chips, proteins, etc. Your burrito will have all of one ingredient concentrated in one bite while missing another ingredient. Etc. Etc. Consistently low effort and disappointing. Last time I reached out to corporate and they apologized with expired coupons.

Great spot to grab a quick lunch. Food is good. My only complaint is that my rice is sometimes cold and stuck together and it's hard to heat up.

We stopped for a late lunch, entered to look at the menu. There was one person in line in front of us, we stepped to the middle to read the menu, the employee told us to get over by the window, we didn't know what she meant, she again said get over by the window. We said we're looking at the menu, we can't see the menu from the window, she then said she told you to go stand by the side window. I said I can't see the menu, they insisted. We walked out without ordering. Talk about poor customer service, never again!
