Dave & Buster's Pittsburgh - Homestead

I went here with my family of 3. 1 toddler and 2 adults. We all got simple cheeseburgers and fries. The fries were horrible, the cheeseburgers were under cooked. They screwed up a basic dinner. Will not be back! Their food is horrible

Service is great, drinks are strong, food is surprisingly good.. a lot of games were down though

Waiter added and additional $30 to my bill (paid with card) for his tip after I left and already tipped in cash . Luckily I get bank alerts. When I called n spoke to management there was zero mention of him getting fired when it was clear I put a slash on the tip line . Careful going here, might get robbed

Had a birthday party there. Was able to watch NFL games on the numerous TV'S. The food tasted good. Since we weren't the host we don't know how expensive it was.

Went in for a quick bite. Had trouble being seated. The restaurant was empty. Finally after a 10 minute wait and tracking someone down ,were seated. After that it was great. The food was good and the drinks were too. We had a very nice server. We had the pretzel dog appetizers which were very good. I had the chicken Parm dinner which was excellent.

Had a dinner reservation for today, we arrived on time and were seated, restaurant was not busy. Despite this, no one ever came to our table….several servers were walking around, talking to each other, etc. After waiting 25 mins without even a greeting or having our drink orders taken, we walked out. Absolutely crappy service!

Lots of fun for all. Many things for all ages. The food is very good and the service is great. Management is very helpful and checks on customer satisfaction.

It's okay, it used to be better. It's kinda over priced now.

Wanted to enjoy this, but it was awful. Sat for 20 minutes after ordering them before we were given the correct drinks (server brought the wrong ones after about 15 minutes of sitting), husbands chicken was dry, my salad was inedible due to being drenched in dressing, truffle fries didn’t have the sauce drizzled as advertised; instead they were drenched in it making them soggy. Saw a runner carrying food with his thumb inside of the bowl. Games are so expensive. I’m not one to post a bad experience but this was just awful. Lesson learned I guess.

The gaming side of the place is exactly what you'd expect with a Dave & Buster's, but the restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. Our waitress was awful, I had to wait to get silverware to the point my food was warm at best before I got to eat it. Once the check was dropped off, I waited for at least 15 minutes to pay. I ended up having to walk up to the front to pay the bill because the waitress literally never came back to take payment. The food isn't anything to brag about, but that's not the attraction so it is what it is

Rating a one star for everything because I just do not like seeing this type of thing. Im a delivery driver and I thought to pick up my food at the bar but she re routed me to the front desk. I saw this lady at the front desk taking phone calls and assisting maybe about 20 people in line. She took a long time to acknowledge I was there but I understand shes very busy with the amount of phone calls and people she has to get through on top of delivery and carry out orders. I just think it would be better to have two people at front desk if theyre handling carry out orders or delivery especially with amount of people that was in line. Im not going to wait for 20 people before getting my order thats a long time especially since it looks like Everyone else that is Working thats day Is Not doing much. The Workers could have at least helped her to get the load off. Again this is Not the Lady at the Front Desks Fault. She had a lot to handle and worry about but it’s everyone else that seems to be barely doing anything and could have helped her to get the load off. Just saying.

I gave 5/5 for these reasons. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The staff was friendly and attentive. In my opinion, the atmosphere was welcoming and fun for all ages from small children to adult of any age. They had a wide variety of games to play. There's something for everyone!

Vegetarian options: Plenty of free parking in the large lot next to the place.

Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly
