We were looking to grab a cocktail and dinner before a show at the Carnegie Music Hall…stumbled upon this absolute GEM! We sat at the bar and had excellent service from Lisa the bartender. Great Old Fashioned and nice selection of draft brews. We split a Caesar Salad and rack of ribs…plenty for 2!!! The owner brought out our food, introduced himself and checked on us again…AWESOME guy, great customer service, and the atmosphere and crowd was wonderful. There is a great history behind this place (ask to see the book of the renovations!), and it is unique and comfy. We will definitely be back when in that part of town…it’s over an hour from us, but worth the drive!
I wouldn’t recommend eating here unless you like when their employees mock public assassinations
Amazing food! Especially the perogies! We also tried the ribs, horsey mashed potatoes and beet salad. All delicious. Very nice outside area to sit as well. Would definitely recommend :)

We had a horrendous time here. First, we were seated in a corner in front of a window where the sun was beating on my back the entire time - no window shades or anything. It’s whatever. Then, my drink tasted like someone who just turned 21 mixed a bunch of terrible sweet liquors together. Once again, alright, maybe just me. Our party’s waitress was rarely seen, my sisters soup was barely warm, and we were waiting over an hour for food, meanwhile there was maybe two more tables in this place. We had tickets to a show and eventually just had to leave, we wouldn’t even have had time to eat! We looked at some past reviews and the most current is from almost 2 years ago, and they seemed to complain about the slow service and long wait times as well. Glad to see they apparently don’t read their reviews and haven’t learned anything. Wont be coming back.

I always have trouble deciding what to eat, there are so many interesting items on the menu. Tonight I had a beautiful beet salad with large slices of yellow and purple beets. I was looking for something light so I ordered the crab cake appetizer as a main. It was huge and came on a bed of lightly sautéd spinach. I was impressed with how much crab was in the cake. My meal was delicious .
Delightful brunch, menu accommodation for gluten-free dining and patio table ambiance is wonderful.

Great bar with a ton of the old steel mill vibe.

Good service, casual vibe but sophisticated food.
There was 4 tables and service was so slow it took 1hour and fifteen minutes to get our food never going there again
My wife and I had a nice dinner and walked to the Carnegie for a show afterwards. I was very impressed with the craft beer selection and cocktails, as well!
We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at this comfortable and relaxed establishment! The food was delicious, wonderful staff, great music mix and atmosphere. We will definitely be back and highly recommend!
One of the best restaurants in homestead for sure. A little expensive but worth it. The pierogies are especially fantastic and a nice Pittsburgh touch.
