my best friend's mother passed and I heard that nobody was bringing food to the funeral home they were going to be there all day from 2:00 till 8:00 at night I called around to a few places they were all booked nobody could squeeze me in I called the water front Giant eagle the gentleman put me on hold and checked with his manager and the manager said since it was such an emergency he was squeezing me in. the food was done on time it was perfect. I can't say enough about how wonderful they were down there for me. great job. prepared hot foods is awesome

We ordered a cake from the bakery for our parents’ 90th birthdays. When Kaylyn called to confirm details of the decorating she asked whether we’d like to have flowers all over the cake - sides as well as top. This cake was by far the most beautiful cake we have ever had decorated by a local bakery! Kaylyn is truly an employee who goes over and above and we so appreciate her work.

why have a delivery service if the delivery never happen. I waited one full week to get my order and nothing came and I have babies at home waiting food that is not coming. no excuse at all as to why the customer has to suffer for something giant eagle has done.

I hope that Giant Eagle and Shipt will make things right. My son had surgery last week and I couldn't get out to pick up what we needed. So, I placed and order for delivery. A delivery person called and said another delivery person took my order to the wrong house and the people unpacked it. Told me to call Giant Eagle and they would refund my money. I received a call from Giant Eagle saying the best they could do is credit me $25. No way! Unacceptable Giant Eagle! I have escalated this to a manager. I hope you make it right! I can only hope whoever received my groceries today that you needed them more than us. I had a 5 year old in tears today.

Pharmacy is absolutely horrible. Nothing is ever ready when they say it will be. Sometimes it's days. I go they say it's not ready to come back at so and so time. Take yet another trip and STILL have to wait.. HORRIBLE SERVICE!
