Have fun sitting at the drive through for 5 minutes without being acknowledged. Then they finally come on and have an attitude. This place absolutely sucks

A very clean location. I visited 07/22/2025. They were running on one fryer (the others weren't working) and were running out of product. The manager, I assume, was supremely attentive. The store was busy, and she did the best job of accommodating the guests. Superb service under very lacking conditions. A great experience. She and her crew deserve commendations and raises.

Whoever the owner is needs to hire more staff. The day I went there were only 2 workers. They were so friendly and though the service was slow they were apologetic and accommodating. They did the best they could given the circumstances.
People were being rude and complaining about the service workers being slow, a consequence they had to bear for an issue that wasn't theirs. They showed up, they should be treated accordingly!
To the owner- stop stretching your workers so thin and subjecting them to angry customers. Hire more people!!

I order 3pc dinner box 2 breast and wing with mash potatoes and mac in cheese and I ordered around 830 last night and got a call around 2 mins before closing time and the lady who speake another form of language told me she didn't have and chicken left at all in the store and I ask her why would you wait i til 2 mins before closing to call and tell me that,so I find that hard to believe and she still had a driver come out to bring something totally not what I wanted she sent a bowl of corn and a bowl of coleslaw and no chicken at all I mean what was the us of sending anything and I called back today and the same lady who called me last night again 2 mins before closing I ask to speak with the general manager and she said they are not in and I ask her for her name because I really would like to speak to the general manager so they k ow what is going on and she Hanh up on me and I keep calling back and and just keep hanging up on me and the called again and was hearing a fax machine and I keep calling up and until now and never no answer all I want is my foodthat I ordered or my refund back asap I'm super upset and I am a regular there I love this place but whoever worked last night and that is there today is so rude and have bad customer service I can tell she does not like her job and another thing that coleslaw and corn she sent me was so iced cold and she didn't even want to here what I order she is very rude and I'm aget to the bottom of it because she treated me like was nothing and I'm the nicest person you would ever want to meat and I want to talk to the general manager of thos store please call me cause I'm very upset and I still ant get my food that I paid for I have my receipt and the time I ordered. My food I want my money back or my food and still want to talk to the general manger please this needs to be resolved and I ordered through Uber Eats last night and there was plenty of time for my food to be delivered on time, and her customer service is not good at all again can the general manager please call me asap

Always had the highest quality of service from here and just ordered Saturday but today tried said restaurant is closed? Tried calling phone has the busy signal and tried for two hours different times.

This place has really gone downhill recently. Twice in a row now my online order wasn't ready when I arrived, had to wait 30 minutes once, 50 minutes the second time. And the second time I did not get any of the food I actually ordered, but substitutes that were dry and tough. The lobby was closed so people had to wait in their cars. I ended up going to the window to ask what the status was, after more than 30 minutes went by with no one coming out.

I must be invisible today. Standing around at register for way too long. Staff looks at me but I guess they can’t see me. Had to address them first then treated rudely.
