Placed an online order that would take 30 min. Got to the restaurant and they said it would be another 30 min for chicken. Absolutely ridiculous for a high volume chicken place. They marked my order that it was ready for pickup at the 30 min mark..but had to wait another 30 min!

I want to give a huge shout-out to Margaret Taylor at the Homestead, PA KFC. She is truly one of the most amazing workers I’ve ever met while doing DoorDash. In fast food, it’s rare to come across someone who is not only kind, but genuinely cares. Margaret went above and beyond for me. I came in on an extremely stressful day. My phone had broken in the middle of a really good order, and I felt terrible not being able to complete my deliveries. My anxiety was through the roof. Margaret didn’t hesitate for a second. She tried everything she could to help bring my phone back to life, called DoorDash on my behalf, offered me a drink, and took the time to calm me down. She turned a bad day into a good one and reminded me that there are still truly good people in this world. KFC is lucky to have someone like Margaret. Her kindness made a real impact, and I’m incredibly grateful for her and her time!💛
P.S. What stood out even more was that I wasn’t the only customer she was helping. I watched her treat every person who walked through the door with the same kindness and patience. At one point, a very rude man came in. Someone who appeared to be not all there and even though he was difficult, she never lost her cool. She handled the situation with grace, stayed sweet, and gently told him to go on and have a good day. Her professionalism and compassion were truly admirable.

I was stopping past in between a viewing and funeral service. Margerite and her staff members did more than I could have ever asked. I was greeted joyfully. My order was packaged perfectly! I received EVERYTHING I ordered! From the moment I placed my order, to the moment I received my order I experienced nothing other than absolute perfection! And that is hard to come by! I will be back! I highly recommend! Thank you guys for such a perfect time while I was dealing with such a hard time! You never know what someone else is going through! I commend every last one of you for being so kind, not even knowing what I was going through at the time! And the biscuits were soft at 5pm!

A very clean location. I visited 07/22/2025. They were running on one fryer (the others weren't working) and were running out of product. The manager, I assume, was supremely attentive. The store was busy, and she did the best job of accommodating the guests. Superb service under very lacking conditions. A great experience. She and her crew deserve commendations and raises.
