Has made me swear off McDonald’s forever— Did curbside pickup using the app, it switched from “food will be out shortly” to “enjoy your order!” without me getting my food! I waited thirty minutes! Talked to somebody at the restaurant— “You’ll have to pay for another order because somebody else probably got your food”. As if! A disgrace.

Ice cream machine is always broken. Doors to the restaurant are frequently locked during business hours when the dining room is supposed to be open. Nobody delivers food to the tables, they just call table numbers.

Went here today and just finished eating. Every single employee messed something up.guy took my order and took 2 codes. One core gave me a fry with a $2 purchase abd the other gave me a bogo on a sandwich of equal or lesser value. They took the codes abd was charged fir everything except the fries. Dbl qp missed the extra onions that I asked for, double cheese was overseasoned and the fries were stale in limp. I asked the manager what he could do in regards to not getting my buy one get one on the double cheeseburger and he agreed to let me get a free sample of the new McDonald’sland shake and then, by the time I got to the second window he had told me that the shake machine had broken down. I’m calling in the morning.

The tables were dirty we had to ask for someone to wash the table, the counter employees rude as ever, my fries and nuggets tasted like they were under the heat lamp for hours... will never go there again

99% got wrong/missing items, no matter dine in or get delivery. As today 1.we ordered a lot of chicken nuggets, we took time to choose few different flavors of the sauce online and we got nothing, how we gonna eat 30 nuggets without sauce? 2. No straws for dinks and the frozen drinks are all melted… So disappointed.

Took a solid 40 min from walking in the door to getting out food and it was only two happy meals. The ordering kiosk took forever because it only recognizes every fourth or fifth tap. McDonald's has ceased to be fast, cheap, or good for a long time. Go anywhere else.
