They dont have ketchup,and when i asked for ketchup the employee was not wanting to give us any and only gave us two.The tables are very dirty it dosent seem like they even clean the tables,the trash is so full that the trash is overflowing.I wouldnt recommend this place if you expect a clean enviroment.

No hair nets. Gloves IF they wear them are constantly contaminated and not changed (touching themselves, others, dirty surfaces, sick). Probably the most unfriendly restaurant aside from the person that takes your order. Person at the second window always seems annoyed and more interested in their conversations they are in the middle of trying to have. More recently there has been someone new which has been nice.
Inside is always loud because they yell in the back and alarms are constantly going off. Bathrooms are terrifying.

Came around 9pm and doors were locked sat in drive thru for 15 minutes and no one ever helped me. I pulled up to the pick up window and no employee even acknowledged that I was there they just blatantly ignored me walking around inside doing nothing. Terrible service terrible employees

Went to a show at PPG Stadium and wanted to get the kiddos some McDonald's because it's their favorite, and it was closed! The hours are posted 11pm. It was 930pm and I saw two ladies walking out and locking up. Thanks, my child cried.

Honestly, this place gets hit HARD, and they get all the kids from Sandcastle, and it gets out of hand and hard for the staff. But the staff should be trained better and have a few adults on staff at all times. Also, street clothes worn to handle food and lack of gloves and / or handwashing when touching none food items really could use improving

Placed an order via the app for drive-thru pick up but upon reaching the intercom we were told they were already closed and were not given a substantial resolution or apology. The staff member was very blunt in her delivery and did not offer any further information. There were 3 cars ahead of us in line waiting and it was approximately 9:25pm. The posted hours on the website and in maps states this location is open until 11pm. We did not understand why others were able to place an order but were were not. Normally day time service here is efficient and accurate, so not sure why there was such a drastic difference in my experience.

This McDonald's is usually a horrible wait and to many people inside .. usually kids... it's been there forever and has been updated but almost always a nightmare getting food here. The man who was working the register was very nice and polite . I ordered on the self service kiosk and paid at the register considering the time of day my wait wasn't long at all.

They're usually closed around 9:00 pm. Last night they stopped taking drive-thru orders before 8:00 pm even though workers were present. If you're lucky enough to be served, you have to check your order before driving away because something is usually missing.
