I visited Primanti Bros based on a lot of recommendations from locals here in Pittsburgh. I ordered the Angus Sirloin Steak and Cheese sandwich, with a side of boneless chicken bites, coleslaw and cheese fries. I honestly did not really enjoy the sandwich and I'm not sure if it's because I opted for steak instead of the deli meats, but it did not appeal to me as much as it was hyped to me. We went in for my son's 30th birthday. There was 5 of us. We informed the server that it was his birthday.
We felt rushed, like we were an inconvenience to the waitress.
My sandwich didn't have fries on it & was soggy... I ordered a PB Ruben. When I mentioned this fact... I was offered a side of fries.... it's not the same.

We ordered the Game Time Nachos for an appetizer, a Reuben sandwich with a Big Dill pickle.
The fries were ok but not something I would order again.
The Reuben was fantastic and was loaded with delicious meats. This was a winner!
The pickle was bigger than expected and was a great snack to crunch on. It could probably be shared.
