We each had gourmet burgers and bottomless fries with the 10 stack onion rings. The drinks were perfect. The burgers were amazing and those fries with that seasoning, salt or simply out of this world. Our friends have a saying “we have dined sufficiently” 😃

Carlos was so personable and wonderful. He made our whole Red Robin experience fantastic. He was great with recommendations and the service was fast and friendly. I will be coming back!

I love Red Robin.
But this location is in Homestead.
And like nearly all of the chains and spots in Homestead - the experience is worse than the par you'd expect for any individual thing.
An hour and a half. I watched the kitchen's food sit under a hot lamp for 20/30 minutes a dish.
A different waitress jumped in to bring us our food.
Food arrived cold.
Not going back to this location.
This location needs a personel audit.
If you like Red Robin, skip this location.

The food here is always on point, the service is always exceptional, the atmosphere is always friendly and relaxed. I tried to come here to use my birthday coupon for a free burger when you spend $5, but it expired before I could, so I just tried their new peach drink they had and ordered a jalapeno burger with garlic fries on the side it was very good.

Overall pretty good, sort of messy around the tables near us but it was busy. The customer service was good and the food was tasty, just a little pricey in my opinion for what you get. Solid variety of menu options but the kiosks things took forever and had some issues with stuff being incorrect and loading really slow.

We love red robin's food but the service in this location is very bad. we have visited several times over the past year and everytime we go we regret not because of the food but because of the service. But we had the WORST experience last night that we definitely will NEVER go back to this place. The waitress didn't have a good behavior toward us. She didn't introduce herself at the beginning and was not welcoming. She didn't ask for refills and was placing food and drinks with no words that even my toddler noticed and asked why is she not talking to us?! However, she was behaving very well and laughing and communicating happily with the other tables next to us which were Americans!! we all felt her behavior was racist and she was discriminating us. Should mention that we all speak English fluently so there was no language barrier from our side!

ordered a fondue burger online but didn’t get our fondue. i called the restaurant and the manager gave us a gift card for the trouble, amazing service! burger was amazing even without the fondue, plus we can go again ! thank you guys

Alexis was fantastic! She was tentative to our table and was communicative to us whenever something was of a concern. My friend's burger was messed up and she brought a new one free of charge! More servers need to be more like Alexis!

Tried to go to lunch today at Red Robin. While waiting for a table realized that the music was extremely loud and did not seem to be meal-appropriate. I would not have been relaxing at all. I just feel that if any, but especially families, are coming in for a meal, they should be able to talk easily. We had to choose a different place.

Went there last night for dinner. Never been disappointed with Red Robin, got the BBQ burger which is limited edition (not permanent), foods always good and that Burger was fire along with the fries and the towered onion rings are a recommendation if you guys are willing to go. That’s why Red Robin is one of my favorite restaurants of all time. I hope to work there sometime in my life.
