I usually don't write reviews, but I feel compelled to after the awful experience I had at this restaurant. My chicken arrived with a bite taken out of it—yes, you read that correctly. I immediately notified the manager, and after a brief conversation, they told me they would take it off the bill and replace it. Fair enough, I thought. But 15 minutes later, the manager returns with the most ridiculous excuse I've ever heard: The owner said they'd only replace the one piece of chicken that was “affected.” I couldn’t believe it. The chicken was clearly bitten by someone in the kitchen, and they were trying to downplay it. Even the 3 waiters who saw the chicken admitted that it looked like an actual bite, INCLUDING THE MANAGER!!!! I was furious and made it clear that this was unacceptable. I even warned them that if I got sick, I’d be suing the company. To make matters worse, I asked to speak to the owner twice, but after waiting 20 minutes, I was told the owner refused to come out. As a paying customer, I find it appalling that the owner wouldn’t even address the situation. Usually, owners care about their customers’ experiences, but not in this case. The manager was completely unhelpful and rude, which made the entire experience even worse. On the bright side, our waiter, Tima, was kind and understanding, which was the only positive part of the meal. Overall, I do not recommend this restaurant. The owner is unprofessional, and the manager's attitude was awful. Save yourself the trouble and find a place that actually values its customers.

I have been a loyal patron of Storming Crab since they first opened, and it truly breaks my heart to write this review. My family and I have always enjoyed coming here, but our experience today was nothing short of horrible.
The food portions were noticeably smaller, and to make matters worse, the crab legs came out freezer cold. When we brought this to the manager’s attention, instead of handling it properly, she took crab legs from two separate plates, combined them, and had them reheated before serving them back to us in the same basket. Not only was this unsanitary, but it showed a complete lack of care for the customer experience.
We asked twice to speak with the owner, hoping to calmly address the situation, but she declined to come out and talk to us. That was extremely disappointing and left us feeling dismissed and unvalued after years of being loyal customers. Sadly, because of how poorly this was handled, Storming Crab has lost seven customers for good today.
The only bright spot in this visit was our waitress, Timah, who has always been kind, attentive, and professional. She did her best to make us feel cared for despite the circumstances.
This review is truly a last resort, I would have much preferred to resolve this directly with the owner. Unfortunately, we left feeling deeply disheartened and disrespected.

I had a fantastic time at the Storming Crab. I was a bit unsure at first but after the food was served I no longer was. The food was tasty and the portions were decent size. The waitress was very nice and of course the bib did its trick of protecting me from the flying crab juice. Recommended.

I normally don’t write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience to warn others. I visited this restaurant in October 2024 and became violently ill shortly after. I ended up at urgent care , and within hours, I had to go to the ER due to severe food poisoning. While at the hospital, my nurse mentioned that I wasn’t the first patient she had treated who got sick after eating here. That was deeply concerning. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone — what I ate made me seriously ill. Please be cautious before dining here..

This was my first time here and I was very impressed. Definitely a kid friendly place. They give you a sharpie with your check to write on the walls and that was probably my favorite part. I would definitely recommend if you love seafood!
