I ordered off the Uber app and the driver had to call to redo all the flavors because they didn't have the ones on the app, this is the second time it's happened. My double scoop sundae was shoved in a single scoop container and my flight was missing the waffle chips.

I purchased a praline cake for my daughter’s birthday. I usually get my cakes from the forty fort location but they didn’t have any in stock. I made the hour trip to this location to get my daughter’s favorite cake. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. The praline cake had about 5 total pralines in the entire cake. The bottom of the ice cream cake had a cake sponge that had no flavor. When you spend $38.15 on a cake and disappoint your daughter in her birthday makes me feel awful. Thanks Baskin Robbins…never going to this location ever again!!!
