Dunkin'

Not sure what's going on here. I never have any problems ordering in the daytime but the past few evening visits we are met with constant attitude and disrespect from the staff . The blond with the glasses needs to be fired she practically threw our order on my husband's lap. Other places will gladly take my money with a thank you and a smile. She's very lucky she only got a toung lashing. But seems to be an ongoing issue.

Normally during day shift I have 0 issues, but evening time a complete difference.

I ordered at drive thru - the girl who took the order, polite. However the blonde, Caucasian boy working, always rude.

3rd time this month that I've pulled up and he just extends his hand without giving me my total (when I order she tells me to pull around, no total shows up yet) i always end up paying with a 10 or 20 either ways and he never gives me a receipt, when I ask for a receipt he scoffs as if it's the end of the world to do the bare minimum.

I ordered a hot latte tonight and it's barely warm. Normally I'd go back and ask them to redo it but that boys attitude is so off putting.

Do you know exactly what I want all the time, sometimes a tempt me with a suggestion which I don't mind

The staff was extremely friendly in the coffee was delicious

Location is very convenient, drive-thru easily accessible. Service is a bit slow but if you order on the app it is significantly faster. Overall a convenient stop on your route.

Great people Great place

This is now the second day in a row that my order was messed up. The first day, I paid for a donut I never received but couldn’t stop because I had to rush to work and the wait was too much. The second day, I had to correct them on the cold foam that I added onto my coffee that they never put on, and ordered a sausage egg and cheese and got absolutely no sausage. I’m not one to leave bade reviews like this but I’m new to the area and this is already off to a horrible start. I hope things can get better because I really don’t have the ability to go to a different Dunkin

Almost every time I go there to get donuts they never seem to have them. I went today to get some Valentine’s Day donuts and they don’t have any. I thought it was called Dunkin’ Donuts? Wtf! Hire a baker!!! Or when someone orders show the option, if they’re in stock!!! Not until they get to the store just to find out there’s none left.

When some one ask for decaf don't be lazy use decaffeinated. There a medical reason

Attitude of the people that work there is horrible. I miss the one guy that use to work the window but ever since they remodeled i haven’t seen him. He was the best!
