Ordered an English muffin and would you believe they gave it to us not only cold but buttered and untoasted right out of the package. And my coffee tasted like it's been sitting for awhile which made it taste bitter.
Meh. The coffee is weak. The service is meh. Mehhhhh.

Fast service, they get my order right, and they are pleasant at the window. It’s Dunkin. It’s exactly what you’d expect a Dunkin to be.

Slowest Dunkin in the entire universe!!!
Not sure what's going on here. I never have any problems ordering in the daytime but the past few evening visits we are met with constant attitude and disrespect from the staff . The blond with the glasses needs to be fired she practically threw our order on my husband's lap. Other places will gladly take my money with a thank you and a smile. She's very lucky she only got a toung lashing. But seems to be an ongoing issue.

Normally during day shift I have 0 issues, but evening time a complete difference.
I ordered at drive thru - the girl who took the order, polite. However the blonde, Caucasian boy working, always rude.
3rd time this month that I've pulled up and he just extends his hand without giving me my total (when I order she tells me to pull around, no total shows up yet) i always end up paying with a 10 or 20 either ways and he never gives me a receipt, when I ask for a receipt he scoffs as if it's the end of the world to do the bare minimum.
I ordered a hot latte tonight and it's barely warm. Normally I'd go back and ask them to redo it but that boys attitude is so off putting.
Do you know exactly what I want all the time, sometimes a tempt me with a suggestion which I don't mind
The staff was extremely friendly in the coffee was delicious
Location is very convenient, drive-thru easily accessible. Service is a bit slow but if you order on the app it is significantly faster. Overall a convenient stop on your route.
