I like the convenience of this Dunkin. Service was terrible last week though. I got part of my order and was instructed to pull up and someone would be out with the donuts(that was totally fine, I know you need to keep things moving). I was given the wrong donuts twice and the girl was rude and acted super annoyed with me. I was being patient, as I figured she must have been new to not know the donut varieties. I know it's a busy location, but you really need to take the time to train your employees.

You can never get a good milkshake here. They’re always water because people don’t pay attention to what they’re doing. Or they just don’t care. Got 2 large chocolate milkshakes today, one was literally chocolate milk and the other was a little thicker. It’s not that hard to make a proper milkshake. And if you notice it’s thin, think and ask yourself if you’d want to drink that after spending $16.94 on it. Hell no. Waste of money. Couldn’t even send it back because they pulled me up in the drive through and the girl walked away when I said it was literally water.

Went to the drive thru an hour before closing and asked for an iced coffee with cream and caramel, they gave me an iced water with cream and caramel instead because they ran out and thought I wouldn't notice. Disgusting. Won't be back.

They really need to put a sign up or something so people aren't parking in active traffic trying to get in line.

The best dunkin dounuts around. They ALWAYS give me what I order. When I ask for a bagel lightly toasted it’s always perfectly lightly toasted unlike others. The food always comes out hot, unlike others. The customer service is always super friendly. I’ve never gone through here and had someone who wasn’t friendly , smiling and engaging. I would highly recommend this dunking doughnuts compared to others

The staff is extremely rude! Waited in the lobby for about 5 min with no one else in there. They were serving drive-thru but not us in the lobby. my wife asked if they were serving people inside today. They said we had to go to the other register to order and not the register over by the ice cream. She went over there 3 times btw. 2 girls started mouthing off saying it was rude of her to do that and shows her character to do that and I better leave before I start something as they were leaving. The place isn't very clean at all.
