This spot is so good I've gone twice this month and already have a other reservation booked. Definitely my favorite restaurant in NEPA right now - and top 3 meal of 2025.
From the creative cocktails to the downright delicious food, Dyberry Forks needs to be your next date night spot. The staff is amazing and the quality of their products is insane. I highly recommend the lavender duck confit and the chestnut mushroom ice cream!

While I like the atmosphere and service was nice the food was expensive and absolutely not worth it! Overdone and lacking flavor! Came here a couple times last year and still the same now! Never again! Maybe if it’s ever under new ownership or management we will try again!

Absolutely loved the brunch on Sunday We traveled from Connecticut. It was so nice to be greeted and welcomed by the friendly staff. The food was out of this world. I have never had French toast like they serve. I can’t wait to go back for dinner. The venue is as great as their menu. Our compliments to the Chef & Bartender. What a creative group.

It’s lovely inside and the girl that waited on us was attentive and nice. The food however was ridiculous. We went for lunch and had a blt with one slice of bacon, one piece of lettuce and two very thin slices of tomato for $18, and the accompanying chips were burnt and greasy and had no flavor or salt on them. My friend ordered the mushroom pasta which was on special. Special it was. The pasta was barely there, and what was there was clumped together and undercooked with no sauce, just some chopped tomato and hard fried mushrooms that were like rocks. The only good food were the Brussels spouts. They were tasty and light and airy. But overall the portions and the food were not worth the money.

Family friends celebrated their birthday at Dyberry Forks last night. The food, drinks and service were wonderful! My favorite dish were the Brussels sprouts and the only complaint was that the portions of the steaks were too generous, which is obviously a great problem to have.
Finally, some inventive fine dining—at reasonable prices—in NEPA! Elegant setting, delicious food, and the staff is attentive and very kind.

We sat outside at Dyberry Forks and had a fantastic meal. The vibe was cozy and welcoming, and the service was top-notch. We ordered the BLT, eggs Benedict, and some prosecco—everything was made from scratch with fresh, local ingredients and tasted amazing. We also had one of the best desserts we've ever tried. A perfect spot for a laid-back, delicious brunch.

We had the pleasure of eating at Dyberry Forks in Honesdale, PA. The food was absolutely outstanding! The restaurant is very charming with a welcoming atmosphere. All the staff are very friendly, and they work together as a team to get things done efficiently for the good of the business as well as the customer. The food is fresh and flavorful. Most of the desserts are gluten free. It was a wonderful dining experience, and definitely worth the trip out for a delicious meal!! #dyberryforks #honesdalepa

Restaurant was drafty and rather cold, drinks were dreadful, water tasted stale and unfiltered, and service was inadequate. The host was brief with us and showed differential treatment.
It's a small establishment, but nobody was present to greet my party or provide us service. Parties coming in after us received food. The owner was friendly, offering pleasantries, and checking in on others who completed dining while we remained hungry and neglected.
Our party wasn't acknowledged until after 15 minutes or so. We ordered drinks, then waited 45 minutes for no one to ask for our order, not even an appetizer. Food smelled phenomenal, but we never got to taste it lol.
My wife and I had drinks and dinner here the other night for the first time. We had a lovely experience. The atmosphere is welcoming yet sophisticated with a tasteful mix of wood and metal accents. The drinks were outstanding, I recommend the Violet drink on their menu. It was stunning. We had the ramen as well, which we highly recommend.
Gerrit, who I believe is the owner, was the quintessential gentleman host and we greatly enjoyed our conversation with him.
If you're in town and looking for a nice atmosphere, delicious food, and an exciting and diverse menu, this is the place.
Thanks for the lovely evening!

A bit pricey. Food was tasty, however several items we ordered were unavailable....waitress didn't seem to care. Atmosphere is pretty cool.
It’s nice to be able to leave a good review as I’m quite critical of most establishments, having tried a good number of places in the area during visits.
Atmosphere was so thoughtful, cozy and charming. Service was great, a solo server was taking care of everyone that evening and did a great job balancing diners.
While I had really wanted to try the Ramen, it wasn’t available, but the menu offered plentiful alternatives and we embarked on the Italian inspired courses; absolutely delicious thick prosciutto with burrata; choice flavor combo and a sumptuous artichoke cake- never had it before and look forward to having it again. Our mains were wonderful -! So thankful to see normal people portions , not overload but not skimpy like I see in many pretentious restaurants these days.
Look forward to returning to try other dishes!
As soon as we were seated the waitress apologized for being by herself as bartender and waitress, server. I honestly felt bad for her. Then I tried to order the meatball.. nope we are out of that, then tried to order an appetizer...nope out of that. When I did order my dinner was supposed to come with asparagus but guess what they were out of that. I ordered a mushroom entre. It came out smothered in a bbq sauce. Could even taste the mushroom. My husband's dinner was pretty good. He got the chicken with capers
