Food was very good, very nice atmosphere and clean inside. Place has been here for years, wish I would’ve stopped in sooner.

Well first of all the food was amazing, would definitely recommend, second I met my wife tonight. I saw her in the corner of Dyberry Forks and couldn’t keep my eyes off her. To just say she is beautiful would be an understatement. This lady approached me in my very nook of the place and smooched me right on the cheek. She might be a little out of my league but I don’t care, she’s my wife she just don’t know it yet.

This is my favorite restaurant in the Pocanos. The food is so special. Tonight we shared the smoked trout…outstanding! They were out of both pastas, my go-to, but I got the duck and it was absolutely delicious. My boyfriend got the filet which he enjoyed…I tried his fries, yum. We split the rubarb pie….amazing. Staff is always wonderful. Atmosphere is cool too.

Wonderful meal and nice ambiance!
This spot is so good I've gone twice this month and already have a other reservation booked. Definitely my favorite restaurant in NEPA right now - and top 3 meal of 2025.
From the creative cocktails to the downright delicious food, Dyberry Forks needs to be your next date night spot. The staff is amazing and the quality of their products is insane. I highly recommend the lavender duck confit and the chestnut mushroom ice cream!

Portions are tiny. Lunch salad is the size of a side salad. My trout salad had barely any trout and was very gritty. Every bite had the texture of gritty sand. My husband's Katie salad maybe consisted of one large kale leaf chopped. I grow kale and I know what one good kale leaf chops into. Then we got the gateau chocolate for dessert. Presentation was beautiful. Taste was mediocre and the "port wine sauce" was not on it, but instead was a small smear of chocolate under it? Definitely not sauce and had no.port taste at all. We have eaten out a lot and my husband said that was the worst he's ever experienced. Pretty close for me too. We left still hungry and we are not large people. Presentation and service was nice. But good grief the portion.sizes are unbelievable.
I liked the look of the place. We have been to Honesdale many times but never visited Dyberry Forks.. i liked the look of the place and the young woman that waited on us was very polite and professional. We started with the roasted potato dish as a small bite and it was very good. I was looking forward to the smoked trout sandwich, but I was disappointed. The trout was dry and the roll it was served on was very ordinary. My wife had the BLT and it was served on the same type of roll. It was OK. Bottom line: excellent staff, nice atmosphere, average food. I expected to be wowed based on the prices and the menu descriptions. They have New Trails Broken Heels on tap. That’d a plus.
While I like the atmosphere and service was nice the food was expensive and absolutely not worth it! Overdone and lacking flavor! Came here a couple times last year and still the same now! Never again! Maybe if it’s ever under new ownership or management we will try again!

Absolutely loved the brunch on Sunday We traveled from Connecticut. It was so nice to be greeted and welcomed by the friendly staff. The food was out of this world. I have never had French toast like they serve. I can’t wait to go back for dinner. The venue is as great as their menu. Our compliments to the Chef & Bartender. What a creative group.

It’s lovely inside and the girl that waited on us was attentive and nice. The food however was ridiculous. We went for lunch and had a blt with one slice of bacon, one piece of lettuce and two very thin slices of tomato for $18, and the accompanying chips were burnt and greasy and had no flavor or salt on them. My friend ordered the mushroom pasta which was on special. Special it was. The pasta was barely there, and what was there was clumped together and undercooked with no sauce, just some chopped tomato and hard fried mushrooms that were like rocks. The only good food were the Brussels spouts. They were tasty and light and airy. But overall the portions and the food were not worth the money.

Family friends celebrated their birthday at Dyberry Forks last night. The food, drinks and service were wonderful! My favorite dish were the Brussels sprouts and the only complaint was that the portions of the steaks were too generous, which is obviously a great problem to have.
Finally, some inventive fine dining—at reasonable prices—in NEPA! Elegant setting, delicious food, and the staff is attentive and very kind.
