Pulled into the drive-thru and heard garbled speech from the speaker asking me to wait a second. A minute later a car pulls into the second drive-thru, and the same garbled speech takes his order and moving him along. She then returns to take my order and move me along. The food was typical McD.'s, so nothing to talk about. But the service was simply horrible.

This is a great McDonald’s restaurant! The first thing you will notice is how clean the establishment is. The staff was so kind. I’m teaching my 8yr old how to order and the staff really helped. They were very kind and patient.
They helped her with her order, gave her the receipt and thanked her. I wish I could remember the manager‘s name however the manager came over and gave my daughter a cookie for being so brave to order. It was really sweet and unexpected, that’s why it’s meant so much. My daughter is on the spectrum, so treating her just as any other customer was everything 💙
Dare I add.. the ice cream machine WORKS at this location! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Every single time we go to this McDonald’s, they mess up something. Today, it was a missing patty from a double QP. Last time, we got the saddest looking Mccrispy I’ve ever seen. Constantly forgetting sauces, fries, whatever. This place used to be decent. But now you can expect something to be incorrect every time you go through. Once got a patty that was still pink in the middle. I’m so over this place.

Is your standard McDonald's. Nothing good or bad just standard. However it doesn't just hold to this McDonald's but pretty much all of them now they are all to cookie cutter and corporate. I miss when every McDonald's restaurant had its own theme or something like that.
