Depending on what associate is working Is how good or bad your experience is going to be. This is the 3rd time I have ordered online and my sandwich was not able to be eaten . The first two times there was waaaayy to much Buffalo sauce when I asked for less sauce. This time my wrap was iced cold and when I asked them to heat it up I was told know. So how can you enjoy a cold steak wrap. Nope didn't enjoy it at all.
Always enjoy a Subway hoagie. Never had any complaints with food and my daughters love it! Service varies from store to store. In Honesdale, service has been slower than at other locations. Usually there has been only one attendant when I have stopped in. Overall a decent place for a quick bite to eat or to go.
Ever since the new manager started I believe she said in Dec 2017 the service here has been much better. The manager is also a very sweet lady. I've only been disappointed here once or twice but that was before the new manager's arrival.
