They literally have a big menu hanging right beside the counter with prices listed. You order food and the prices end up being pretty much more then the prices they have displayed. Not honest business practices. Won't be going back

The prices online also don't match the prices in store, their prices are subject to change. For example a large pizza is listed at 14.99 but the day that I went in I was charged 20.99 again I think I caught them at a bad time so I will give them the benefit of the doubt but this was my experience

Been here a few times. pizza is good, The rest of the menu is questionable at best. Today I ordered a mini Turkey sandwich to go from the cold sandwich section. Took them 15 minutes to put it together, which gave me time to notice the deep cleaning the place needs and I received a sandwich that was hot, with bad tasting American cheese and 2 pieces of thin sliced deli Turkey, no lettuce or tomato. Im not usually one to complain, but 8.50 for this is brutal. Will be thinking twice before returning.

Was at 2 guys tonight and In basically the Waitress ignores She walked by as at least 45 times didn't ask this. What are drinks were anything . The big table came in after us. I am very surprised because I've been the 2 guys in many times and have never been so on this satisfied as I am tonight.

I really want to like Two Guys from Italy in the Honesdale location because the food is pretty consistently good. However, recently we called to see if we could place an order or if they had any pies / slices out for the evening to grab. It was around 825 pm, they close at 9 according to the internet. The phone rang a few times, then someone with a deep voice picked up and yelled NO! We were only a block away so we stopped in. The door was open. My husband explained to them we just called and someone yelled NO and hung up before his wife even spoke on the phone. She laughed and said the person who answered the phone DOESNT EVEN WORK THERE. She said they were closed. She then walked my husband out, closed the door with all her might pulling it shut, locked it, and rolled her eyes. I have heard of this rudeness to customers but never experienced it until now. We ended up calling Elegante in Honesdale, who at least if they do not have food or time to prepare food has indeed told us so in the past. That politeness keeps customers coming back. Maybe the Honesdale location for Two Guys will make some changes because it seems like they are consistently losing potential customers just based on how customers are treated. Or maybe just update the internet hours to say closed at 8 pm instead of 9 pm.

We LOVED this place! The garlic knots, plain pizza, tomato basil soup, and Pasta ala Putanesca were all great! Service was great and the decor/atmosphere was pleasant. We will definitely be back!!

Food is inconsistent. Sometimes great, sometimes, eh! The portions sizes change all the time. The pizza pies don't always have sauce and cheese all the way up to the crust. Sometimes the pizza in the display looks a little old. The garlic rolls are amazing. The eggplant parm is excellent sometimes, ok other times. The salads change sizes all the time. The staff is very friendly though. The restaurant is clean and although a little dated, it still feels comfortable. Not rushing back but would go there if nearby.

I got pizza there twice and both times I was disappointed, if you get pizza, your side will be grease, today I had my fiance go pick up our food, we were both disappointed because the chicken was over cooked and the fries were under cooked, also the fries had a taste of old grease, the meatball hoagie was decent, I rate the meatball hoagie 2/5 . Very prices for heartburn and indigestion, enjoy!

Once our waitress named Peggy began to take our orders she did so in an incredibly rude way. With a horrible experience, we chose not to tip her. As we took our check to the front table, Peggy our waitress began to stare at us the whole time. I didn't think much of it but felt weirded out. Whatever, then we walk towards my car and began to drive off. As we were doing so, Peggy our waitress was OUTSIDE STARING AT US WITH CROSSED ARMS!! The moment we drove away she went back in. Absolutely disgusting behavior and incredibly creepy! Never going here again and if you choose to do so avoid having Peggy as a waitress as she should be fired.
