I havented visited Wayne on the Hill since it was known as the fireside. Always seemed a bit out of the way for me. But last weekend my friends and I had a few drinks and a nice dinner there. Food was good. But the best part of the dining experience was the bartender and our waiter Jason. Wayne on the Hill is a local favorite of mine. The brisket dishes are great and very popular - popular enough that they sometimes they run out of the brisket. I've generally had great service and enjoyed every dish I've tried. The atmosphere is also nice. I've seen some great bands play there as well.
