It's Wendy's what can I say. My food was fresh and hot, we didn't go inside though. Service was great, the man taking my order was very nice and kind.

Made online order, we’re out of one item, which I was told about when I came to pick up my order and staff didn’t offer a substitute also got home to find I didn’t get another item which I was not told about . So not very good at fulfilling orders.

Customer service is so so. It depends on who you get at the window, some of the people are not very nice. Your order is incorrect most of the time as well so don't leave without checking your bag.

Stopped in with my daughter for a frosty, which we usually do once a week. I ordered a thin mint frosty… I don’t want to know how many calories, it was SOOO GOOD. Wendy’s has always been on point with their ice cream. Their machines always work, very consistent.

Reliable, consistent, good ol' American fast food. I love that mushroom-bacon cheeseburger - I hope it becomes a regular feature. Personnel are always friendly and helpful. (I usually use the drive-thru, so I can't speak to the atmosphere.)

If I could award 0 stars this is the time I'd do that, the staff was horrendous and rude, then the manager got involved and was every bit as rude, unknowledgeable, as his staff .... I actually demanded my money back and left, it was absolutely the worst experience I've had anywhere , definitely don't recommend

A huge piece of plastic packaging in my sandwich. 12/1/24, 3-4pm. I don’t want to know how unsanitary they are being if they’re overlooking something this big in the food. Is food being cooked near garbage? How does that even happen? Actually disgusting, guys. Do better.
