Drive-through is extremely long when it should not have to be. There is no way for somebody to get out of line if the line is too long because everything is blocked off. It should be well organized at this point . especially doing a lunch hour.

I tried to eat here when I had extra time on my way to work. Two cars in the drive through but it took me several minutes just to get up to the ordering speaker. No one there. Unfortunately I had to leave before I could even place my order. Bizarre experience when Chick-fil-A is usually so speedy.

I visit my Great Grandsons here The Staff are very friendly. The food is very tasty and the menu contains many choices to choose from. The coffee is always fresh brewed. And the bathroom are clean.
Great quality in food. Great service and extremely clean. By far the cleanest Chickfila I have been in, which is saying something given the standard held by the company.
Just picked up an order and the waffle fries were ice cold and tasted like they were left over. Hard and not fresh at all. Very disappointed.

With all of the staff there was only 1 cashier on a Saturday night too. Plus it seems like they're skimping on iced tea ingredients., it's been tasting like sweet water as of late.

I started off with a love/hate relationship with the Horsham store. I believe with staff trainings and continued upgrades to the store, service has become 5-star! I continue to get breakfast and dinner with delicious and hot food! The staff is also super friendly and very efficient as always. Thanks for striving for excellence with every customer!
Vegetarian options: The salads are delicious and would be the only vegetarian option.
Parking: Plenty of parking at this location.
Kid-friendliness: Everyone loves Chick-fil-A ❤️
Wheelchair accessibility: They go out of their way to ensure a handicapped accessible store.
