I loved that i was greeted when i walked in and was treated warmly as the employee took my order. The Americano coffee was brewed perfectly and the lemon blueberry bunt cake was worth all the calories! 😁

Customer service and food presentation has gone down sooooooooo much since 2023. I visited again in Aug 2025, this used to be the best place... I used to work next door and go here everyday. But anyways I brought my friends in hyping this location up and it just was so OMG.. different and kinda gross. Cashier looked like she could care less

Food was good but the cashier was not attentive and got our order wrong. Also, the dining area was not very clean. They were lighter staffed at the time but not very busy to excuse the quality. They corrected the issue (a missing side) but the rest of the meal was already eaten by then so it was no longer needed.

It's like Panera but more a neighborhood feel. A nice variety on the menu and sufficient seating and helpful staff. The setup can be a little awkward if you're not sure what to order or are unfamiliar with the place, but once you figure it out it's easy enough to know what to do next time

The food here was really delicious, as always. The staff were very friendly and helpful which was nice since our experience was not great. First the kid's menu was not posted so we ordered them regular adult items. Once we were ready to pay the manager told us a kid's menu did exist.
She then added items to our order that we did not ask for but when we discovered that she did refund us.
The tables were not clean at all. You had to ask for napkins which I thought was odd at a place that was considered fast food. The coffee station also had no sleeves for hot coffee, but we asked for an additional cup which didn't seem to be a problem with the manager.
The food was great, but the rest of our experience wasn't the best. Considering this place is a bit out of our way I don't know we would return but maybe a different location.

Cozy spot to linger over a meal with friends. Price are reasonable in today's market. Pancakes are delish. Egg sandwiches are a bit sparse. Oatmeal is good. Plenty of parking and the bathrooms are clean.

My lunch today was delicious. I had the turkey Cobb salad and it was actually real turkey not the deli type. It was a very good amount and the chicken noodle soup was also very good as well as the garlic bread. The staff is very nice and personable a great place to go for breakfast or lunch!! 👍👍☺️🌻

A young man, Anthony, (in a management training position)went out of his way to make us all feel welcome. Your organization is fortunate to have such a person in a management position.
