This was for our DoorDash order. All the food was absolutely inedible. The chicken dumplings were dry and tasteless, outside dumpling felt uncooked but at least the chicken seemed to be. The bbq pork skewers were so dry, cold, and tasteless with no sauce. They were basically just giant pieces of jerky. The sesame chicken sauce was so sweet and mushy. The beef noodle soup came with this bizarre broth that tasted like 10% chicken broth 90% water with no salt, just gross. Every dish was so bad we were uncomfortable to even eat it anymore because we didn’t trust it.
With so many good Asian restaurants around it’s baffling how much was missed here

Dim Sum use to be great and reliable. Now you never know what your going to get. Scallion pancakes, roast pork buns, awesome! The hot and sour soup awful, it had ZERO flavor only got sour. Fried vegetables dumplings tasted like i was eating grass clippings. So very disappointed especially with how much you pay.

口水鸡 looks nothing like the picture and is actually just chicken with some sort of peanut sauce. The dimsum are all super dry with barely any meat inside. The shanghai pork buns actually have so little meat that you can’t see any at all when you bite in. The soup dumplings also have no soup inside of them. Quite disappointed :(

Finally got to try Dum Sum Factory and it was a lovely experience! The food was very good, our favorite was the Sesame Chicken. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant and the wait staff was nice and accommodating. They even had a little robot delivering food to a table just before we left. I didn't get a photo though.

Brisket noodle soup, pork soup dumplings and scallion pancakes are my go to's here.
I've visited China numerous times and this Shanghai-styled dim sum is as close as you get. Very authentic with each dim sum piece a jewel in itself. Soup dumplings made me feel like I was in Shanghai all over again. Relaxing atmosphere with a nice view from our table. Loved the robot who delivered our order! I've recommend Dim Sum Factory to all of my friends.

This was my first time visiting, and it was very nice. I like how you can order the dumplings and mix and match the order. We loved the seafood fried rice, chicken skewers, and the scallion pancakes. All and all we gave this 8 stars ? out of 10. I like to go back and try other things on the menu.

Without a doubt the best dim sum place we’ve been to so far, food is always fresh and tasty, staff is quick, attentive and polite. We’ve order ALOT of the stuff thats on the menu and never had a bad experience. The portions are quite large and fairly priced, I would highly recommend!

We went there for Father’s Day dinner and were not disappointed. We ordered a variety of things and everything was tasty and the kids loved the food delivery by the robot. Their soup dumplings were fun and flavorful. We got the beef brisket soup, Shanghai ribs, and some noodles and everything was unique and very good. We will be coming back again.
