Never coming here again! I don’t even know where to start. I placed an order for pick up today March 27, 2024 I placed an order for 4 items. I specifically ordered dumpling sauce and chili sauce and paid for them. They were not in my order. Then I ordered the general Tso’s tofu with a note stating “NO BROCCOLI- allergy” and when I came home, the food was on top of a layer of broccoli. I had to completely throw away the entrée next I ordered the roast duck noodle soup. There was barely any duck meat in there, and what meat that was in the soup was bones. Tiny little bones, choking hazards for my child. please see picture of tiny bones in the soup. I called and complained, and the gentleman was kind enough to take my phone number and my order number. He is not returned my call as he said he would. By far this is terrible customer service. Attention allergies are disregarded.

The restaurant has a wide variety of dim sum plus many other dishes. While it is possible to find alone, I recommend at least two people to share dishes and tastes. The centerpieces of the fun sun are the soup dumplings with instructions regarding how to eat them. Good is brought to your table by a robot (that may have good for more than one table), and a server quickly appears to put your dishes in your table.Recommended.Parking: There's a parking lot that serves this small center.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp from the parking lot leading to the front door of the restaurant.

The only thing that we like are their soup dumplings. All of their other food has been massively disappointing. Not as disappointing as their spiraling customer service. Last time (and I mean the last time) we went they ignored us in an empty restaurant (normal for them) sat us down, ignored us for another 10 minutes (again fully empty restaurant). We ordered our lunch, got the regular super rude and inappropriate “oh wow so much food (you’re such a fat American)” comment they deliver EVERY single time we order. Not in an endearing way, not in a funny way, in a way that actually just is intended to make you feel bad. We ordered two soup dumpling orders each and that’s it for lunch, it’s the only reason we go there. Neither if us are overweight it’s just a weird judgmental comment they frequently make. Anyway, it gets better. Ate lunch, waited forever for a check (still completely empty restaurant). Then our waitress picks up our plates and look at them while standing over our table (totally in our space and face) and loudly jokes to another employee in another language while still looking at our food, they both laugh. Not sure if the joke was what we ate, how we ate it, how much we ate, or what but it was a clearly a joke about us, said in another language which is the hight of bad manners. My husband asked her right there what was so funny she looked at us like a dear in the headlights and shrugged, nothing to say. I asked her what she said to the other employee that was so funny, who is also now deer caught in the headlights. We left angry, which is an unbelievably challenging thing to do when we are sedated with soup dumplings. No matter how much I like soup dumplings, they aren’t worth going back there again for.

There are some good, some bad with this restaurant. The food was fairly ok. A bit bland and not seasoned much. But I like the robot that brings out the food and plays music for you. That ties in with the service. The waiter was polite, and the food came out fast. As soon as I finished eating, a gust of air pushed the most foul smell I ever smelled. I don't know what it was but it didn't go away.

I really don't understand the high ratings for this restaurant. Prices are double the cost of other dim sum places and the food is not even half as good! The pork soup dumplings taste like very bland frozen ones from asian supermarkets which was very surprising and disappointing. The ambiance is pleasant enough but the food is subpar for the ridiculously outrageous prices. Do people think paying high prices equates to the food tasting good? If so, then it's true that a fool and his money are easily parted when it comes to this restaurant!
