Good evening Google Family. I visited to get a nice hot cup of decaf coffee on this crisp, Fall like feeling day. I was the only one in the lobby. I was waited on quickly and then I enjoyed my nice, hot cup of java. So delicious!!! Everyone was nice here. Good night and workout, be healthy, fit and Fabulous!!!! I ordered a black coffee with butter pecan.

I have been ordering the same coffee for years …today I pulled up and was greeted with my order! I am a mom of 4 and my youngest orders her munchkins there too and they are always so sweet to her. But today, again, as a mom of 4, I was NOTICED. Usually it’s my kids that upstage me but I felt important. It’s little things that make us all connected…and today…for me…it was my coffee order. Thank you!! Also their coffee is always consistently good.

Twice last week I received a drink with coffee grounds. This was also a frequent problem at this location last year too. Both of my drinks were bitter and reminded me of an ashtray. It seems like this location does not properly clean their holder out.

Terrible customer service from a woman at this location. She has a serious attitude problem. If you don’t know how to talk to people don’t do that for a living!
Asked for extra cream, extra sugar, light on the ice for 3 mocha iced coffees. I'll just say, needed to stop at WAWA to put sugar, and more cream, took 3 pulls and the cup was fulllllll of ice. SMH. Next time I'm in that area will go inside instead of a 15 minute drive-thru wait.
