Not sure what's going on here but i don't think its trending in the right direction. Perhaps it was a bad day or some folks called out but this meal here was not a great experience.Upon arrival we waited for about 10 minutes to be sat; there were plenty of open tables but the staff was busy taking care of the folks already sat. While waiting, I noticed the to-go case was completely empty...not one parcel of ice cream to be found. Not sure why, but this seemed odd.After waiting...read full review
A basic dinner. But it's better than fast food. They really keep my kids happy and the service is good so we usually eat here at least twice a month.Kid-friendliness: Between special requests for off menu items to the jolly mixers my kids love, Friendlies is always very nice to my kids, and not begrudgingly.

Great ice cream, food is good but is pricey. Server very kind and accommodating but they seem to be very understaffed as it took almost 50 minutes to get our lunches with maybe 10 other people in the restaurant and another 30 minutes to get our ice cream.
