So many issues with our order today. I got the Hot Italian and it was on the wrong bread and didn't have lettuce or tomato on it. Another person got a chicken, bacon ranch and it didn't have any bacon or lettuce on it. Three strikes and you're out, the third hoagie was also on the wrong bread. Very disappointed as this was my first Jersey Mike's experience. Not planning to go back currently.

Friendly and extremely fast service. Fresh cut lunch meat. Decent prices. 3 sizes of rolls as well type of roll. Only criticism is the add ons, onion, lettuce, pickles, etc. could be a little fresher. Depends on the time you go I guess. Overall a great place to get a sandwich.

We got a cheesesteak and a hoagie today. The cheesesteak was delicious with the soft and tender roll. Not so much for the hoagie, meat was fresh and good. But the roll was really tough and didn’t seem fresh at all.

I frequent Jersey Mike's often back home in Atlanta. Visiting family in PA, I ordered a giant sub and a regular but when I saw the preparers making three regulars, I had to correct them. So just be sure you repeat your order and have the employee recite it back to you. Friendly staff and good food but a piece of advice, if I may: please be sure to give your customers their receipts without them having to ask.
