The young ladies behind the bar are sweet, personable and professional. If you go twice, they'll remember your name and what you drink.
And this may be a best-kept secret but the roast pork sandwich with long hots will CRUSH 90% of those in South Philadelphia. Doesn't need the cup of "jus" they include, but you can down it like a shot.
Pro tip: Try subbing Cooper Sharp for Provolone.

I ordered the Magerks mac n cheese and I’m sorry to say it was bland. There were jalapenos, bacon, and garlic, but there just wasn’t enough of those elements to make it flavorful. I didn’t even finish it, unfortunately. On the other hand, my husband LOVES their island chicken sandwich!
