So I decided to try again at outback this is the third time this year I've been disappointed with my FAVORITE RESTAURANT ever... the first time at this location in Horsham Pennsylvania. my advice don't bother I'm SOOO angry I will be contacting corporate office on what happened. Tonight we ordered ribs, asparagus & Brussels sprouts to go, for Father’s Day. When we got home, a roach jumped out of our ribs. We called the restaurant to tell them - we were nice and respectful about it, we did not yell or demand refund. The manager just kept repeating “we have no roaches in the building, so I don’t know where that came from” over and over again, offering absolutely no help or assistance at all. We went to outback today as my son was treating me to a late Mother’s Day dinner. My sons girlfriend opened her utensils. They were completely filthy with food, including the inside of the napkin. Took about 45/1 hour for the food to come. There was a good 20–30 minutes with no bread no refills on drinks nothing.
