Service super slow think they need help

It took over 30 minutes to get my meal. The server was nice but the food took entirely to long.

Already starting to go downhill. Steaks were not cooked as requested. Altho they did fix this and not charge us. I appreciate that. Steaks were dry. Shrimp were dry. Wine pieces were not bad.
Our waitress was great. Altho they did forget to serve my salad.
Mac and cheese is good
Lobster was hollow. No meat to it
They did seem understaffed. We got there at 530 and had no wait. On the way out there were alot of people waiting.

They gave me the worst cut Ribeye I have ever seen and the manager made it worse by giving me a bullshit excuse about cook times. I wouldn't even buy a cut that thin to cook myself at home. I was treated like I was an idiot. Will never go back. Only reason they got an extra star was because the server was nice and did his job better than the manager.

Went here on a Saturday night, it was chaos we had young kids with us and after we were sat down nobody came to see us so we eventually had to get up and ask for a server, we waited over an hour for our food, some of our sides never actually came. When our food started coming we never got utensils to eat the food, when asking the host for these he seemed confused, it’s always the host that provides the utensils.
Our server Sam was lovely but they defo understaffed and kitchen was so slow. I go to outback once a week with my kids by our house in NY and never had as many issues as we had here.
The food itself was ok, my steak was overcooked, the Gold Coast shrimp just tasted like fried food, it could have bn anything. The chicken tenders for an adult was 4 small skinny strips considering the price that just not enough

Honestly if we are back in the area I would not come back.

We went out for my dad’s birthday. He’s not alive which is a good thing because I think he would have never waited to be seated. Old guys are like that.
I didn’t mind the wait. They told us 20 min (and this was with call ahead) and we waited 30 so not too bad. My problem is that there is zeroooo room to wait. They have 3 maybe 4 chairs and I think there were about 40 people crammed into the front of the house because it was too cold to stand outside. I guess it’s better in the summer?? I’m not kidding there had to be 40 people because there was a table of 11 and a table of 15? I think besides all the other people that were waiting to be seated. Nothing against the host guy but English isn’t his first language and it was kind of hard to understand him especially when there are so many other voices.
Waited 30 min. And then food definitely took at least 45 min. Samantha was our waitress and she was great. The only problem was and this was one of those things that shouldn’t be annoying but was but she asked if I wanted cheese on my chicken and I said yes but she didn’t tell me it would be a $1 extra. That’s fine. I didn’t realize until after I was done that there wasn’t any cheese. Totally fine don’t need the cheese and I asked her if it was more money and to take it off because there wasn’t any. She said she would but she forgot and the check came and it was still on there. Obviously a $1 won’t break the bank but it’s a $1 for a piece of cheese that I didn’t get. It was too busy and we had already been there for 2 hours and I didn’t want to say anything about it.
The food was good. Nothing crazy. I just don’t really need to go back but they’re probably better than the mouse infested one in jenkintown. It’s just a badly designed place.

I would give them 0 stars if i could .We put a dinner order in for take out on 2/22/25. From there horsham pa. Location. I got there to pick it up for a 6:15 pickup 10 minutes early . I had to get a hold of the person bringing the orders out to the cars . And that took more than 10 minutes. gave them my name and order # . She came out 10 minutes laiter and told me it would be 20 minutes. They absolutely lost my order and then found it. By the time I got it. The food was cold . So it's obvious thy weren't behind. And they didn't remake the order. Even though I waited more than 20 minutes. The 2 soups had to be thrown away because they were no good reheated . The steaks were ice cold . I had no option not to give a tip when . And the order was over $100.00 with the tip . And the minimum I should as companstion is those meals. Or an equivalent priced order replaced at a laiter date free . And that isn't what i hope happens when i actually call the manager. Thats the minimum thats going to happen. People should get fired for that kind of sevice . When they're charging these prices .

Service was awful as we were told there was no bloomin onion available! She got our orders wrong and never fixed the issue so we didn’t eat meal that came with no bloomin onion. She never came around to even fix the order. Upon leaving, there’s a table with a nice bloomin onion as their appetizer! Not nice to be lied to when you want to spend a day with your kids and enjoy a meal out!

I'm reading all the responses by the owners for the low scores, all they're offering is for you is send an email to further discuss it,They don't even give you a phone number to call somebody, what more information do they need to realize there's a problem?
Well here we go again,here's another place that we used to like. Me and my wife went there to celebrate her extended birthday. So they say that they don't do reservations there, however you can call ahead to let them know you're on your way in. So I called about 2:00 and let them know that we'll be coming in around 6:00pm. And when we got there (@6pm) we still had the wait about 35 minutes to be seated. So what's the point in letting your all know that we're on our way for¿¿¿¿¿ They were so behind that there was people constantly standing in the doorway, the waiting area and even outside at times. So after waiting about 35 minutes to get our table, we found out that we had to wait another 30 minutes to get our food. Which I must admit the food has falling off a little bit too. As I always mention in my reviews about the food situation because I know people want to know is there food any good? Well they fell off people.... Samantha the waitress was the only positive thing that was going on there for us last night. They really need to organize their entry a little better maybe they should take reservations maybe that would cause less confusion at the front door where as people won't be as much pissed off waiting for a table and then knowing when you go to your table you got to wait another 30 minutes.

Took a while for the food and some of it was not very flavorful. Not a lot tast to the alfrado. Caught misteak on the bill we were charged for too many drinks. Asked for more sour cream for baked potato barely got a 1/2 teaspoon full. Some with butter for additional bread. There were 6 of us.

We arrived at 5:10pm on a Saturday. There was a party of 6 ahead of us two and they were seated immediately. We were seated a few minutes later. The server came and took our drink order then came back a few minutes later for the food order. It was 5:20pm. The party of 6 received their food, consumed it, and were walking out - with us - as we had not received our order at 5:50pm. No server explanation or attention to our table. There were other diners that had come after us and received their food as well. We'll pass on Outback and go to Longhorn restaurant where we have (almost) always had 5 star service. Disappointed.

Outback is always Outback but my server was excellent. He was very attentive and responsible. The food is always mediocre the atmosphere just okay it's a chain. Met expectations.
