When I walked in the hostest asked for my name and phone number and said that it wpuld be. 15-20 wait and they will text when our table is ready. It was almost a hour and didn't get seared. Went up to the hostest and asked her when we will be seated. She asked for my name and number and she told me that I'm not on the list. So she either lost my name and number or she never put it in. This is the second time it happened fo us. They lost my business. And they lost my friends and family business. Not ok at all. Will not be going back.

Never had a problem with PJs before but they lost our number not once but TWICE on two separate occasions. A 15 minute wait ended up being over an hour and we left for another restaurant the 2nd time. Instead kf apologizing and getting us a seat right away, they put us back on the waiting list (12th). This is my last time at this location. Worst experience at a PJs.

Must be a PJs things that service at the bar is lacking. It's the same at every location. First time here and same bad service. Drinks sat empty unless we asked. Finally tracked a bartender down to order a hot dog for dollar dog day and we got a bit of an attitude about it. PJs MO....

Over the last few months, the food has changed here. We used to go a few times a month. The last few visits have been disappointing. Cheaper products are being used.

Just ate from here for the first time (take-out), and it will be the last. The salad I ordered was not the salad I received, and the breading in the salad was missing the chicken.

Decided to order out. Food was ok.Chicken fingers didn't come with any sauce even though we requested BBQ sauce. Kids sliders were super thin and missing requested tomato. Hubby didn't get the right salad and the chicken in his salad was all breading. The bun on my burger was hard and burger was just ok. We will not be eating here again. If you order out, make sure to thoroughly check your order before you leave.
