When I first went in they gave my order to someone else so i had to sit there and wait. There was a hair in the food and when we called to tell them she asked us to bring the food back (which we did). When i brought the food back she-started to argue with us yelling cause the hair wasn't currently in the food. (Thats cause it was spat out into the garbage). Just be careful if you decide to argue they don't value the customers.

Horrible service. We ordered food for pickup. We got there and the food was given to someone else. So we had to wait longer. Then, we got home and there was a hair in the food. I called and they said to bring it back. I brought it back and they it was a huge argument about the hair not being in the food. The older lady open the food and started poking around and I explained that we had removed the hair. She was getting really nasty and mean. She wouldn’t make me new food or give me a refund. I just left without the food. Please don’t buy food here. Horrible customer services and I was called a liar. There was no reason to lie and drive back.

Nothing redeemable about this place. We used to eat here and stopped years ago because the food was never good and their attitude was horrible. Went back because my normal spot was closed and remembered why we stopped eating her. The foods flavor has a “dirty kitchen” taste… old oil, under seasoned, over priced, crab Rangoon was nothing more than wontons hot cream cheese fried in old oil… the bourbon chicken was SWIMMING in sauce. The best item received was the white rice. They told me 30 mins then I got my foot 53 mins later. All around a bad experience and to spend $60 on 4 combo platters means this had better be great and it’s not only is it not great it’s actually disgusting! 0/10 wouldn't recommend!

If you are in the Horsham PA area and want Chinese food, this place has THE BEST Chinese food that I have had since I was in NYC! I like Panda Express, but they are pricey and you get very small portions! Panda Pavilion IS TEN TIMES BETTER! This is a small, family owned place. I find that the family owned small businesses are not only a better value, but they take pride in what they serve you.. In my view, that really makes a difference.
Never had a bad meal here. Solid Chinese food place tucked away in the old village mall.

I ordered here for the first time, beef in garlic sauce with steamed rice and an order of spring rolls! However what I received was beef in garlic sauce with pork fried rice and my spring rolls had pork all throughout it! I was confused so I called back and all I did was get yelled at saying "if I don't want pork I say I don't want pork! If you don't say you don't want pork I put pork" I was so confused because any other Chinese restaurant I go to spring rolls always only come with veggies!!!! Also they didn't take accountability for their mistake or try to make the customer satisfied!! I don't eat pork that was the whole reason I ordered what I did!! Who even puts pork in a spring roll anyway??? I would never return back here again! The food was not great anyway and it was all grease! Yuck!!
