Now I have another reason to tell everyone to stop by the Philly Pretzel Factory. Great ppl serving a great product is easy to promote. My pretzel had a long hair baked into it…had to pull the hair out of my mouth and throw the rest of the pretzel away. Ridiculous
The service was terrible. I was with my family but waiting behind then and did not get served on next 2x. I kept on saying I'm next but the customer service members did not say anything or try to wait on me next. Then the staff member (female) decided to take money at the register that I was standing at when I finally got waited on as I was waiting for my food as to move me from where I was standing. Never coming here again and not recommending because it was highly rude for there to be no communication and servicing me after everyone else behind me in line was gone. This happened 08.30.2024 around 3:00pm to 3:30pm.
Very nice pretzel place! The pretzels taste much better though with more salt though-that is my only suggestion. Nice folks who work there. Tons of annoying customers who come in through so the employees are rock stars for putting up with such irritating clientele.

Horsham store is so much better than Abingtons store. Your pretzels are nice and thick. Abington store is long and thin. Philly pretzels should have a nice fat middle.

Went to buy 3 pretzels. The man behind the counter grabbed my pretzels never washed his hands and never wore gloves. He is handling dirty money I gave him three dollars and left. When I arrived home and just threw the pretzels in the trash didn't like the way his hands looked. I will never go back there again and would not recommend it be careful.
