Horsham store is so much better than Abingtons store. Your pretzels are nice and thick. Abington store is long and thin. Philly pretzels should have a nice fat middle.

Went to buy 3 pretzels. The man behind the counter grabbed my pretzels never washed his hands and never wore gloves. He is handling dirty money I gave him three dollars and left. When I arrived home and just threw the pretzels in the trash didn't like the way his hands looked. I will never go back there again and would not recommend it be careful.

Pretzels are delicious. But choose a different location if possible. This place charges a surcharge to use a credit or debit card, 5%, which is higher than the average cost of processing fees which is 1.5-3.5%. So they are pocketing the extra cash. And they still require a $5 minimum purchase to use the card. I watched a guy needlessly add on to his small order just to meet the $5 minimum. If they are going to charge him for the privilege of using his card, why make him meet a minimum purchase? Meanwhile they call it a “cash discount” but it isn’t a discount at all, it’s the regular price.

Friendly staff and orders ready when promised. Their pretzels are always fresh. They seem to have studied their trends and know when they need more and when they need less. We visit this location when we need or want pretzels when we are at home and the location near Woodhaven Rd when heading to the shore or the stadiums. I have never experienced rude or inattentive staff. And, similar to another review, we stopped in one day just as they were closing, and they were friendly, and offered us what they had left at the end of the day.

My son and I do "Pretzel Dog Lunch" about once a month. We sit in the parking lot and watch the traffic while eating and chatting. Pretzel Dogs are always hot, fresh and delicious.

The crew here is doing an amazing job on Super Bowl Sunday ?The line is clear across the parking lot, but the staff keeps it moving and has great energy! It's great to see people hard at work... this crew deserves a huge Eagles win tonight! Go Birds!

I often buy 3-4 Crowd Pleasers on Saturday mornings to offer to the people working at the plant I manage.The Horsham Pretzel Factory Team have always been great to work with and the pretzels are a favorite with the Team at the plant.The Horsham location is my go-to spot for Philly Soft Pretzels.Yes, I recommend them.Yes, I'll be back.

Weird energy. Can’t tell if they’re ignorant or prejudice. It’s usually the young group that works there. Been here a few times with different individuals working, but this is my second time coming where the group working noticeably stares, no one offers receipt, doesn’t respond when I say thank you. I won’t be recommending this location.
