Never open during their hours posted. “Staffing issues” have been the excuse for a very long time. Since it’s been a reoccurring issue for so long, sounds less like a staffing issue and more like a management/ownership issue?

I usually don’t do reviews but I have to for this location. Upon entering a guy was there making another order and I waited almost 15 minutes before he got to me. Only reason I gave the service a two was because he was trying hard to make a good smoothie but however by the picture below it does not look good or taste that well either. I I ordered a captain kid which is strawberries and orange sherbet and I all taste is mostly ice and a little bit of strawberry’s. With that said I’m sorry I will not be back to this location after this experience.

Went for a family treat. Used the bathroom while waiting for my order. No toilet paper or paper towels. The trash in the dining area was over flowing and there was fruit flies everywhere. The floor was filthy. We will not be back. Yikes!
It's been awhile since I visited this location as it was always hit or miss in the past. I was in the area and stopped today to get a large Chocolate Elvis, my regular drink. The interior is clean but the screen doesn't work to see the menu and there's barely any snacks compared to other locations. I should have tried my smoothie before leaving as it was terrible, it tasted almost sour and nothing like what the chocolate Elvis should taste like. Take your planet smoothie business to Doylestown. That location is superior from service to quality of products.

Saturday June 29th whoever the young woman who was working in the late afternoon deserves a huge praise for her work ethic. She was by herself and it was very busy but she was really working hard and was nothing but polite and professional even though I'm sure the stress from having so many customers was high. I really commend you keep working hard.
