The hours this location is open is so random. I've been to this location several times and each time it's rare that they are open when they are supposed to be. The staff are nice enough. However I've called several times to confirm if they are open before going and was hung up on every time I called. I go out of my way to go to Smoothie King in Jenkintown, Bites and Blend in Dresher, or Playa Bowl in Warrington from now on. I wanted to have this place be our go to spot but it's been a consistent disappointment. Its hard to give them another chance when you don't know if they'll be open or have basic ingredients.

I purchased a Groupon voucher to try out this smoothie place, since all the local Jamba Juice locations have closed. Went to Planet Smoothie, twice, both times told by the only person working there that she didn't know how to redeem the voucher. Called twice during operating hours and after 10 rings got a voicemail system with different hours mentioned. Left messages. No reply. Drove a 3rd time, at Noon, 1 hour after opening hour, no one was there. Just a post-it note on the door indicating the store was open. 2 other customers were there as well. So they have money but I can't use vouchers. So nice spent over 3 hours, 25 miles of driving, trying to use a Groupon voucher for a company that doesn't appear to be committed to operating a successful business. Groupon isn't any help either. They have not refunded me my money and have stalled in doing anything to help me.

Great staff always friendly service and the owner Sherrell is amazing . Highly recommend the smoothies here ! The Medium Mondays are the best !!

Cash customer, store has no change lol. Then they're out of larges. Then the guy makes the smoothie and it has no flavor at all, worst planet smoothie I've ever had. Never once had an issue at Doylestown or Newtown, Horsham is a joke
