Took forever to take our order and no smile or greeting. Food's taste was below average. Staff's service was horrible. I tried to go and add a topping to my order and staff ignored me.

Horrible food service!! 2 dummy kids working the place, asked for create your own 3 cheese nachos, told both kids wanted chips and queso on top of each other in bowl and here they threw chips in a bag wit queso on the side, threw my beans shredded cheese, chicken and pico in the bowl without the chips and queso which shoulda been on the bottom, and then the kid charges me $18 and some change, when it clearly states its only $11. What a mess. Like where do u find these hires??? Place use to b good, now it's a dump. Go to chiptole!! Save $$$.. SMH 😔😔

Maybe it's just me or the circumstances but felt like I was getting a kind of look from a worker here but let's just skip that.. I ordered a burrito as I normally do or a taco bowl. I had already had about half of it (which was delicious) when I realized something had gotten into my burrito. I could not actually identify what it was that had gotten in but almost seemed like a piece of bamboo. I was put off obviously but I was hungry so decided to keep eating and that's when I found all of its' other buddies. My burrito was just freaking packed with pieces of wood or something.... I get it. Mistakes happen and things get overlooked but this was not even in the middle of a rush and even if it was it really would not make it any better. Yall need to check all of your ingredients way more carefully and diligently!

The delivery once again got messed up. Got an order that wasn't even mine. Had to contact delivery driver to try and get help. Called and was told they didn't have some of the items that I ordered.

The woman who served me wasn’t the best with customer service. She barley greeted me , rushed my order to the point it looked disgusting, didn’t ask if I needed anything else before ringing me up, didn’t hand me my receipt and just walked off to help the next customer without saying anything. She was very rude and I can tell she had an attitude. Also it wasn’t any forks in the utensils area , I tried to tell her but she didn’t acknowledge me at all .

The food also wasn’t that good , it definitely wasn’t fresh and you can tell it just been sitting out all day.

My experience was definitely a 0 at this location.

The food was low, looked like it was sitting a long time, I was told if I wanted the chicken I would have to have less than normal bc it was running low. After I paid I asked where the forks are (I got a burrito bowl). The checkout person said there are non- I would have to use a spoon.

Wish I could give 0…Placed an order online showed up at the store at 11:15, Door was locked, so I knocked on the door and one of the employees came to the door to let me know there was no supervisor to open the store, that they couldn’t serve any food without her, and that she wouldn’t be in for at least another 20 minutes. Now I have to go through the painful process to try to get my money back.

Ok, so yesterday I order a chicken and cheeses quesadilla. I got the new sweet and spicy chicken. First off the guy seemed like he was super irritated. I started to leave but was like no your hungry so get something. When he scooped the chicken out the container it looked a different. But I thought it was the seasoning on the chicken. Well when I got home and took a few bites out of my food it tasted a little off. So I drunk some of my drink. Then proceeded to eat some more. WHEN I TELL YOU AFTER A FEW MORE SECONDS AND I MEAN SECONDS I THREW UP EVERYTHING!!!!! KEEP IN MIND THATS THE ONLY FOOD I HAD ALL DAY!!! So I was given old food!!!!! My stomach was killing me all day and night!!! I had to keep going to the bathroom!!!! I want my money back!!! 17.00 for PURE CRAP!!!

I came to this location today with my son to order three cheese quesadillas. Paid $40+ to include drinks. See the attached photo of the receipt. One of the orders was crusted cheese quesadilla. The staff at this location was horrible. One male and female staff. No smile. No greeting. They were running out of paper to make crusted cheese on one of the quesadillas. It came out horrible as seen on the attached picture. We paid extra $1.75 for the crust. A female superior just informed me that they are running out of paper and need to go to Walmart to get it. Did not offer an apology or a substitute such as a courtesy fountain drink. The taste of the quesadillas were average. I think it was a bit under cooked. I had much better quesadillas and experience in other locations. I am a rewards program member with Qdoba. The atmosphere here also felt unfriendly because I had to ask separately on my own for included sides such as sour cream and guacamole. I also had to ask for a to go bag for the food. These are usually offered and provided by default without making the customer to specifically ask for them. Additionally, the floors were sticky. The bathroom was dirty and stinky. Also, at one point three customers were knocking on the door because it was locked. The staff looked at them few times and kept ignoring. I had to go and open the door from inside. The customers asked me why the door was closed. I informed them that I am a customer myself and for some reason staff here is not customer friendly. One gentleman was picking up his to go food so he came in. The other two customers just looked at each other and said let’s get out of here and left. On our way out, another customer was by the door trying to get in. We opened the door. He asked if the place is closed. I informed that it is open and maybe there is something wrong with the door. I also shared my experience at the store and the experience of previous three customers who could not come in due to a broken entrance door. This person also turned around. Said thank you and walked away. Staff here seemed very unmotivated. The male staff had a great haircut and was good looking. He would probably be good in an acting career. Maybe that is why he is not motivated. I feel bad for the owner of this franchise. Maybe the job market is bad at the moment to hire better staff. I recommend firing these two and finding more motivated workers.

The three taco platter. It was awful the meat was on the verge of spoiled I should have known it eas going to be awful because no one was there at diner time but the service was very friendly

Qdoba costs almost fine dining Mexican restaurant. A bowl with 2 protein options cost almost $20. It is insane. Cashier and service person look like they have been in prison for life there. They act like they serve free food to their inmates. Definitely never come back.
