Not fancy, buy good service, friendly staff, very generous portions, and fair prices.

Walked in to a completely empty restaurant other than the employees but still had to stand around for 5 minutes before being helped, proceeded to wait another 12 minutes while the girl behind the counter absolutely butchered the burritos we ordered, the wrap was horribly done and you could t even eat it properly, to top it off after we paid she just turned around and walked away which meant I had to go behind the counter myself to get the food because she didn’t hand it to us, really awful service, chipotle better

That was my first time there and it won't be my last. The young gentleman was very nice and friendly. They give way more food for your money then Chipotle.

The fact that the store had a refrigeration problem and yet the app & website still allow you to place an order and charge your card, only to drive to the Store and Have It Be Closed With No Explanation Is Really Ridiculous. At the MINIMUM, online ordering should be made unavailable during your time fixing the possible contaminated food problem. But there should be a sign on the door, AND recorded message to address people when they call. For the owner who should ultimately respond to this message, I'm already waiting on a response to both of my order complaints from orders that I placed. Even though they responded monday, ive been ignored since and STILL HAVENT BEEN REFUNDED.

Two bowls lacked flavor, queso had little cheese, cilantro everywhere, rice dry , employees seemed to hate it there and the place seemed run down. Won’t go back

Place felt run down and dirty. Half of their drink selections on fountain dispenser were out. They served my daughter spicy chicken instead of the regular. They were out of guacamole, Pico and several other toppings. Watched other customers walk out because of the subpar conditions. Of all the Qdobas, this was our least favorite.

I have never had better Mexican grill food than this. Chipotle does not even COME CLOSE to these portions and quality of food! I got the 3 tacos with brown rice, pork carnitas, and mild queso, and it turned out to be an extremely smart decision. The tacos were enough to fill you up and the queso was creamy and delicious, while the pork carnitas were moist and flavorful. The explosion of taste in your mouth when you bite into one of these is rewarding! 100% better than Chipotle! 🔥💯

My wife and I ordered two quesadillas on May 23, 2025, separately, each on our apps for takeout, as we have done numerous times before. We have always loved the quesadillas from Qdoba in the past, even more so than single location restaurants that specialize in similar foods. However, this time, surprisingly both quesadillas were awful. The tortillas were a soggy mess and there was no indication of the usual toasting on the outside of the tortilla. It was as if they were just taken out of the package and microwaved. Moreover, the distribution of the fillings for each piece was uneven at best; and some pieces barely had any filling whatsoever. A wasteful mess.
To make matters worse, upon getting home, my wife noticed that one of her sides, sour cream was missing. It was impractical to go back just for that because any warmth to the meal would be gone by the time we returned. She called the restaurant, and they said they would refund her purchase which of course did not happen.
I received a survey later that night to fill out, which I did, writing the same thing as I wrote here. While the survey asked whether I would like to be contacted, which I said yes, I never received any follow-up from anyone whatsoever. Why bother sending a survey and asking whether the customer wants to be contacted if you are not going to follow-up?
So two terrible meals, one missing an item, and a follow-up survey that ends up being ignored. Priceless. While word of mouth is considered the best form of advertising, it can also be the worst. An important point in business is it costs a lot less to retain loyal customers than it does to acquire new ones and there are other restaurants where we can choose to spend our hard earned money which we will do.
