When I first arrived I wasn’t properly greeted. Han Y Ask me what I want. I was taken back but proceeded to order. I was using my phone to read off a previous order. Han Was annoyed and asked me who the order was for. I was taken back again not understanding why that mattered so I continued to still order. When I asked for the soup and salad pick 2 she asked me what I was talking about. I was so confused by the whole interaction but continued to order. I asked for cheddar broccoli soup she corrected me saying she didn’t have that soup she had broccoli cheddar. What’s the difference. She was very very passive aggressive for a customer service position. Maybe she’ll do better at Hong Kong Garden or even Annie’s Nails. Don’t bring Salad Works standards down Han Y just go find another job.

am writing to formally report a deeply concerning incident that occurred at Horsham Saladworks. Upon entering the establishment, I placed my order and was waiting for it to be prepared. A white male customer then came in, and the employee immediately set my order aside—leaving it unattended on the counter where flies were present—and prioritized the other customer.
When I requested a fresh salad and compensation for the blatant disregard and poor customer service, the employee refused. Instead, a manager—a short Asian woman—came out and began yelling at me. Her behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable.
As a member of the Horsham City Council, I find this treatment appalling and indicative of racial bias, discrimination, and a lack of basic standards for customer service. Businesses that operate within our community are expected to treat all residents with dignity and respect. The conduct I experienced fell far below that standard and will be reported accordingly.
Discrimination, disrespect, and unprofessional behavior will not be tolerated in Horsham. I expect this matter to be addressed immediately, and appropriate corrective action to be taken.

Ordered from the Horsham location through thier website which states they close at 8pm. Nowhere on thier website did it say they were closed for Labor Day, they charged us and said it would be ready by 420p. Arrived and they were closed. No answer on the contact us, no way to get our order or a refund. They owe us for the order and we'll be looking for another place that's better organized.

As soon as Vickie left , this place went downhill really quick. First of all, you have to call 2-3 times before someone picks up the phone. The salads now are subpar at best, but today was the worst. Some of the salads had the wrong ingredients in them AND 4 out of 5 of our co-workers got sick!!! STAY AWAY!!!

So I have been to this location 3 times. I have been to other locations plenty of times. I will never return to this location. First time was bad, second was okay, third was horrible. This is in regard to my most recent experience.
For starters, they use teaspoons to add toppings and only want to give a teaspoon full of each topping. Upon asking for more to get an adequate amount of food is like when two kids are fighting over a snack and their parent tells them to share and the selfish child in turn gives their sibling one more mini pretzel. They aren’t offering lobster and rare mushrooms as toppings. I cannot imagine toppings like corn and little tortilla strips have them on the brink of bankruptcy. Similarly, dressing is treated like liquid gold. They use very tiny containers and struggle to fill them halfway without prodding.
I had the same problem the first and third time. I asked for noodles in my salad and they were extremely mushy. The last time I walked up to the counter and they seemed to know before I even said a word. They were inedible. I had already added dressing and mixed my limited toppings in. The older gentleman went looking all over for new noodles and eventually arrived from the back with noodles that weren’t mushy. He offered me a bowl of noodles to go with mushy noodle salad. I politely asked to have it remade at this point which he again assembled scantily.
Unfortunately those noodles tasted like they sat in a container of cleaning supplies. Needless to say, I had to go elsewhere to satisfy my dinner needs. And for anyone who enjoys mushy noodles, you will want to eat at this location because they didn’t even switch out the mushy noodles. Bon appetite.

The young lady that made my salad was efficient, courteous, and well mannered. The facility was clean and tidy (that’s important to me) and the food looked fresh. Will return again. Great experience.
